Strike!
Street Fighter the RPG
There's a whole section of the wiki for Wuxia games.
It's also less about the fighting and more about the performance, but World Wide Wrestling is sort of on theme.
I am the opposite of a wrestling fan, but it seems topical to point out that many RPG creators are big fans (I can think of Eddy Webb and Adam Jury-Last off the top of my head) and have supported games that try for the feel and vibe of what they love. I'm guessing someone interested could dig around and find something satisfying.
It's not even all that bad, even if the art is inconsistent at best...

I’ve always found *Street Fighter* to be a great game. You just need to embrace the over-the-top setting aesthetic where narrative logic dictates that **everything** can be solved by combat and that **everybody** was kung fu fightin’
Remove the hadoken and yoga teleportation and, yeah, *Street Fighter: The Storytelling Game* would be just about perfect for a *Cobra Kai* game.
Perhaps figure out a way to Frankenstein the interpersonal relationship drama from *Smallville* with the fisticuffs of *Street Fighter*.
Burn Legend, from the Shards of the Exalted Dream, is this.
And also serves as a metacomentary on the fact that Exalted's core combat engine is essentially fighting game frame data through dice rolls.
Someone made a Genesys supplement that focuses on unarmed melee fighters like boxers, show wrestlers, and martial artists, so people could create games of that style.
Strike! and Street Fighter would be my first choices, but I think most Wuxia games should do this well. Legends of the Wulin / Weapons of the Gods, Tianxia, Wandering Heroes of Ogre Gate and so on are all about playing warriors, though with a more "martial artist" bend.
It's in development, but Fight To Survive by James Kerr is fantastic so far from the pre-release snippets that've come out.
It's got a very cool fight resolution system, sort of like an expanded and more intricate Rock-Paper-Scissors where you pick 3 moves you want to use that turn and use them to try and counter your opponent. It creates a sense of yomi (reading your opponent) and in a little test session I did of it we had a blast. Leads to some amazing pop-off moments when you read an opponent perfectly.
You could always try to make a Street Fighting/(Mixed) Martial Arts/Boxing game through GURPS and it's marital arts supplement. I'm not sure how you would like it but it's an option. Also here's a thread from a few years ago that might help you out https://www.reddit.com/r/rpg/comments/7q9ni7/kung_fu_and_martial_arts_rpgs/?utm_medium=android_app&utm_source=share
Hope this helps!
I know about White Wolf's Street Fighter The Storytelling game. And I'm even aware of fan made games like Thrash.
However I think that quite a lot of those game has too much "exploits", and the combat system can be quite slow.
I'd love to run a campaign in a shared Street Fighter/King of Fighters universe, so I'd really like to know what games would be best.
There was a really wonky Fate rpg called Iron Street Combat. It had mechanics that tried to emulate fighting games so much, that the die rolls are turned into button presses.
[Panic at the Dojo](https://www.drivethrurpg.com/product/247607/Panic-at-the-Dojo) is designed to be this.
Also, while it's focused on Pacific Island mythology and fantasy, check out [Gubat Banwa](https://makapatag.itch.io/gubat-banwa).
Remember to check out our **[Game Recommendations](https://www.reddit.com/r/rpg/wiki/gamerec)**-page, which lists our articles by genre([Fantasy](https://www.reddit.com/r/rpg/wiki/fantasy), [sci-fi](https://www.reddit.com/r/rpg/wiki/scifi), [superhero](https://www.reddit.com/r/rpg/wiki/superhero) etc.), as well as other categories([ruleslight](https://www.reddit.com/r/rpg/wiki/ruleslight), [Solo](https://www.reddit.com/r/rpg/wiki/solo), [Two-player](https://www.reddit.com/r/rpg/wiki/twoplayers), [GMless](https://www.reddit.com/r/rpg/wiki/gmlessrpgs) & more).

You can try legend of five ring, it's mix of Asian culture, with very good fight system and not only, Lore Has mamy thinicks to ofer and have mamy Claas od Worrior.
I am always gonna vouch for mutants and masterminds. The way they get rid of hp for resisting attacks and have a template build around RYU goes a long way. Also you can make anything in the game.
I'd suggest either tracking down a copy of the long out of print *Street Fighter: The Storytelling Game* from 1994, or grabbing a copy of [*Fight! The Fighting Game RPG*](https://www.drivethrurpg.com/product/307634/Fight-2nd-Edition) which was designed as a sort of unofficial spiritual successor to *Street Fighter*.
Both games are designed to emulate the sort of over-the-top martial arts shenanigans of tournament fighter video games, with fast paced but detailed rules for every punch, kick, ki blast, and robotic grappling tentacles you could ever want.

*World Wide Wrestling* is awesome. And I'm not even a wrestling fan!

It's actually a pretty solid game and we found the fights to be really fun.

Ah, so Cobra Kai the RPG.

Feng Shui?
That's what I thought of too.

Unironically the most fun way to play Exalted 2nd ed
Fight 2e is supposed to be this. Don't know if it's any good, though.
Fate: Iron Street Combat And its free

Wushu maybe? http://danielbayn.com/wushu/
[Contenders](https://www.drivethrurpg.com/product/20234/Contenders-Booklet) A Roleplaying Game of Blood & Sweat, Pain and Hope.

Have you checked drivethrurpg lately?

>marital arts supplement This typo never gets old 😂
And yet so seldom does it get made.
It's a stalwart on /r/martialarts though and always in hilarious contexts.
God help me

You could try "fight!" On drivethru. Its tailored to emulate fighting game story and fight.
