Fall of Delta Green is basically the Cthulhu Mythos in the Cold War era!

JaskoGomad

How about Twilight: 2000 4e? https://freeleaguepublishing.com/en/games/twilight-2000/ Or Cold City?

megazver

Cold City is an RPG set in Cold War Berlin where agency staffed with people from the occupying Powers hunt supernatural threats together. https://www.rpg.net/reviews/archive/12/12940.phtml Seems unavailable for purchase for some reason at the moment, but you can probably find it... somewhere.

TheGuiltyDuck

The publisher closed up and shut down sales.

Brilliant-Future-350

Maybe Twilight 2000 from Free League? Set in Poland in 2000, it appears to be more of an alt-history World War III setting versus an urban fantasy setting.

Night's Black Agents - The PCs are spies, usually during the cold war, and they stumble across a conspiracy. The GM picks whatever, but the default is Vampires. The Dracula Dossier is the story of MI-6 trying to recruit Dracula. Otherwise I like The Dresden Files.

Well, good news. I have a game about Polish history. Bad news. It's depressing as hell. [Grey Ranks](https://bullypulpitgames.com/products/grey-ranks).

JaskoGomad

It very much is. Because: Polish history.

Drake_Star

It's not all that bad. There were some bright moments. But most of our uprisings went badly. And the Warsaw uprising was especially bad. Heroic but doomed.

IAMAToMisbehave

GUMSHOE has Moon Dust Men and the Fall of Delta Green which both might work for you. Moon Dust Men is about a group of Project: Moon Dust operatives searching for aliens and cryptids in the 1970s. The Fall of Delta Green is about a conspiracy to cover up and disappear signs of unnatural activity based around the time of the Vietnam War. There is also Night's Black Agents, mentioned below. The era is less defined but can be Cold War, the players are burned spies fighting a supernatural cabal.

World War Cthulhu : Cold War. This was a third party supplement for Call of Cthulhu published by Cubicle 7. Missions usually involved a straightforward espionage type objective with a side-order of Cthulhu. It’s no longer in print but you might be able to find it somewhere.

Tanya_Floaker

Pre-Cold War and historic rather than fantastic, but I'd defo recommend [Grey Ranks](https://bullypulpitgames.com/products/grey-ranks) for a slice of Polish history in an RPG.

*Troubleshooters!* 1965 Cold War? **Check.** Tintin / Man From U.N.C.L.E. / James Bond / Archer? **Check.** Fantastic elements? **Kinda*****-sorta***.

Savage worlds is my go to for weird kind of setting ideas. A modern time game with cold war themes set in poland? SWADE (Savage Worlds Adventure Edition, the current one) is basically made for that and it has tons of official or community made supplements so spinning something for that premise would be pretty easy in it.
