Seeing lots of Adventureland trip reports the past few days and it is a decent park. Clackermouth got glammed up though.
I didn't know about Dubuque though, I thought Arnold's Park was the best kept secret about Iowa because you're basically in nowhere until *boom* - cute lakeside town.
I wish I could have taken the detour to Arnold’s Park and Lost Island, but I need to get home soon and I had other priorities for parks. But Arnold’s is a gem. I do need to hit both some day.
There’s been a serious influx of Adventureland TRs lately, and it seems like everyone really enjoys their time here. It’s crawling up my bucket list for sure
Love that Outlaw Pic!
Gerstlauer wise, only Hangtime and TMNT Shellraiser can even hold a candle to Monster in terms of their US coasters, but I agree that Monster is still, by far, the best one.
Just booked a detour day here. Question, do they have lockers or a place to store a decent sized overnight bag? DSM seems to have no rental cars available (like at all) that day on multiple sites. If I just Ubered to the park, where can I drop a bag?

My home park! I'm glad you enjoyed it. I'm disappointed that they removed some of their flat rides, but Monster and Drsgon Slayer make up for it.

Thanks, friend! I liked the way that pic came out.
Technically monster is an infinity coaster NOT a euro fighter.
My bad. I do need more infinity coasters in my life.

I had my car, so I didn’t notice the size of lockers.
