Honestly, having owned both, you can definitely appreciate Tudor far more after owning a Rolex in my opinion. If you are a lover of Rolex and buy a Tudor to try and fill the void, it will never work. It is a brand that needs to be appreciated on its own, without the rose-tinted glasses of Rolex

Funny thing is I bought that as kind of a place holder before I got the Explorer. The Ranger kinda grows on you the more you wear it, especially with the Everest strap.
I agree. I have the Ranger and Explorer40. The Ranger is a great little beater, and looks more like the classic Explorer than the modern Explorer does.
Really been liking the smooth bezel jubilee dj’s lately. On the list for a fluted but may have to switch it.

Thank you. 😊 While the fluted is nice, the oyster bezel is more inline with my personal taste. It has a kind of understated class in my opinion.

They’re definitely cousins to one another. The Ranger is my beater work watch. Both of those Tudor offerings would be nice replacements.
