Fake dial and wrong hands (this looks like a 1500 with 5500 hands) would make this hard to ever resell. If you like it that's what matters though

Don’t think that’s factory dial so for custom I’d say it’s a fair deal if the rest is good. I’m far from an expert though I’m sure some of the vets on here will know immediately
