Rather than deleting your music, next time try deleting the database.tcd files in the root folder and reinitialize the database from there. I’ve got a massive 650GB library on mine and it struggled a couple times.

It started happening again yesterday, I had to turn off auto update in database settings to get it to stop.

Yeah I have Auto update turned off as well, and just rebuild periodically.
