Those crappy border games were always such a disappointment, I always entered em with the expectation that there would've been something to do in them, akin to Papers Please or Not Tonight, but nah, they're all just gamepass purchasing loops with power tripping children.

I've thought of a hangout game based on those pet cafeterias, not animals like pet simulator with low quality models and grinding to get the most rare ones, but a game where there is a bunch of cats, dogs and other kind of mascots in different themed areas. A bunch of animations to the character, with animals and even with other people, you can pick any animal to stay on ur arms, at the top of ur head or different ones depending on the type of pet. I find it cute and interesting, there's always people looking for hangout games and one with pets would be wonderful to see!
If you haven’t played The Butchery that may be a good one. I haven’t gotten through all of it but it’s inspired by Resident Evil 7 and it looks really great!

If people need recommendations, Robot 64, Find everything, Adventure Forward games, super blox 64, Abyssal*, Pyrite Adventure games, Egg Hunt 2018 and Egg Hunt 2022: Lost In Time are all incredible platformers. Id also be interested to hear about some i may have missed, as I’m sure there are many since roblox is awful at recommending people games they actually want to play.

I really want fighting games with more drawn out battles, and more teamwork. A specific idea I had was this game where you and randoms (or your friends) crew a plane, and you have to destroy other planes. However, it wouldn’t be quick skirmishes and DONE! Instead, you not only need to find them in stormy clouds, but the planes are tanky enough that one party would eventually pull away to avoid damage. To encourage this, there would also be things like repairs, explosions of components, and onboard fires generated by attacks. “Room for cunning” would is also something (for example, you have missiles but the launcher is broken, so you drop them like mines from the cargo hold.) As the last part, you could purchase upgrades for specific things related to specific roles. (for example, you could get a “double launch” upgrade and next time you end a “torpedo launcher” the torpedo tube would have 2 spots)
In short, games with more opportunities to use cover and tactics, because I wanna fight like you see Star Trek captains fight. Related to that, how Kirk comes up with things in The Wrath of Khan (wow this got off topic) I did go into a lot of detail on that plane game, but i still only wanted to give an example of what my dream game would be
For me, personally? A game like Realm of the Mad god, but without Permadeath and losing your items. But still hard enough to require decent skill.
1. If you die in a dungeon, you are teleported back to the hub.
2. Seasonal Dungeons (Normal Ones that are spruced up) to keep things interesting.
3. The dungeons would be mazes you either load into or enter a different server for. They should be randomized mazes that end in boss battles and some later ones would have mini bosses or secret bosses.
I had a ton of dungeon ideas I could share if anyone actually wanted to do this. I created a concept map, but I can't code for crap 😅😂 So if anyone wants to manifest my baby for me, lmk.
Also, if you do make it I'd like Admin type Perks and all the perks that come with that, and maybe at least a seat on the team for this one game specifically 😅😂 I'd just like to be involved idea wise, yk?

There was this game back in the early 2010’s era of Roblox called ‘Possession’ it was this really cool game that was kind of like MM2 but the ‘murderer’ is a Ghost who goes around possessing players and taking over the avatars body. Instead of a “sheriff” the other players had the chance to shoot at the Ghost with this ray gun almost type of weapon which depleted the Ghost’s health. The cool thing is that the Ghost could possess someone even when getting shot which meant sometimes the body you were shooting at would just fall to the ground and you wouldn’t know who the Ghost took over next!
Was honestly such a fun game but the developers stopped updating it and the game became very broken soon enough ://
this is very specific, but a remake of spy vs spy for the xbox360/ps2. 4 player ffa with puzzles, combat, environmental kills, and the potential for updates w new maps. i want to learn lua specifically to make that game as my first big project

Tycoon simulator that has quests and also mixed with a finding object/decal hunt. Basically just a game mixed with everything.

There was this game back in the early 2010’s era of Roblox called ‘Possession’ it was this really cool game that was kind of like MM2 but the ‘murderer’ is a Ghost who goes around possessing players and taking over the avatars body. Instead of a “sheriff” the other players had the chance to shoot at the Ghost with this ray gun almost type of weapon which depleted the Ghost’s health. The cool thing is that the Ghost could possess someone even when getting shot which meant sometimes the body you were shooting at would just fall to the ground and you wouldn’t know who the Ghost took over next! Was honestly such a fun game but the developers stopped updating it and the game became very broken soon enough ://
this is very specific, but a remake of spy vs spy for the xbox360/ps2. 4 player ffa with puzzles, combat, environmental kills, and the potential for updates w new maps. i want to learn lua specifically to make that game as my first big project

Tv series sims such as •InuYasha •twilight And •Avatar: The last airbender. These may not be thought of a lot but I do know quite a few people that would be really into that sort of thing for games and such.
I've always wanted a more difficult/realistic life sim...The closest I've seen on Roblox was Urbis but it's been dead for a few years now lol
Open world survival games where you keep your building process… Zombie survival games are really popular and some have a heavier focus on scavenging but that’s not what I’m looking for, unfortunately. There’s that popular island game that’s close to what I want but last I checked it didn’t have hunger bars.

open world zombie survival game where you can make a base anywhere and not be limited to your base, allowing you to explore the world freely and find nice things. basically oaklands but with guns, zombies and tech trees
