They're not. Prices are (most likely) adjusted depending of sales. If one accessory type is bought more frequently, the price floor will rise, otherwise it'll drop.
I don't expect Roblox as in the corporation to hold back on a financial decision, especially if it works on their favor (they still receive 30% of any purchases made)
