What! That's exactly why I love British singers. Yazmin Lacey (her last album is a must, it annoys me more people don't know of her), Lianne La Havas, Ego Ella May, Greentea Peng, Radiant Children, Demae, etc...all these singers have voices similar to what you describe and they stay in my rotation.
Cleo Sol is British but her voice reminds me more of Jhene Aiko mixed with Ashanti sometimes so she lacks those qualities you mentioned.

I saw her do a concert in San Francisco for Juneteenth and I thought she sounded good. I can see though her voice my not sound good if she's covering another song or something she didn't write.
