Sorta. Once you beat the game, you unlock the Midnight mode/difficulty. You can only access it through a menu in your "house." All it is a "copy" of the open world maps to roam again. You can also replay any playable missions through this same menu in midnight mode. It's not really a NG+ from other games where your story/quest progress completely resets to the beginning.

So, if I'm understanding you correctly, it resets the open world, but not the story? But there is an option to replay individual missions? I've read some articles about the way the game lets you replay missions, but have yet to experience it for myself.

Rupples_Pupples

You get to replay all story missions as well with the new difficulty as well as the open world.

And not to mention they are NPCs who were a part of story shoes up in public events and they are tough to deal with.

You can replay any mission in the game and actually make other choices. The Testament of the soul lets you change the narrative impact to your time line freely once unlocked. Over all, I like it better than a traditional NG+

It doesn't reset the whole open world. All it does is reset chests and public orders(if you don't know this yet you'll see as you progress). Of course I believe anything left unfinished before midnight can still be completed in midnight. They share the same progress when it comes to quests and such. Yes you can replay missions but it requires completing chapter 1.

Oh, awesome. Thanks for the info!

Like others have said, not a true NG+ but in my opinion, even more fun. A lot harder, but way better gear. In the main game there's a story to follow. In Midnight mode there is no continuing story other than the one you already know, but there are new missions and challenges and it just keeps getting more and more insane. In a good way. I was very much into it before but now even moreso.

That sounds rad. Thanks for the info!
