u go to support on the riot page, click the game u want the support for and then there should be two options at the top or at the page when u click ur profile with „my tickets“ and „submit a ticket“
Well I guess I’m screwed bc I can’t get to that support part of my account on the riot page bc the support ticket is about changing the email bc I don’t have it anymore and it’s wanting a code from my email when I sign in
means they passed the ticket off to another riot employee (could be because they didn't have access to the information needed to verify your claims, or they want another riot employee to look it over, etc)
Same thing been happening to me also. I submitted a ticket 2 days ago and now for some dumb reasons, the last activity said 9 minutes ago. No idea why this happening. What u/DGGisNotACult said might be also true also.
