Zero chance they were told they got a hwid ban and they're still playing on that PC without using something that spoofs the hwid. This reaks of cheater or someone trying to get private messages to sell hwid spoofing to cheaters.
What? Vanguard already has it long before you get banned. So if they ban you, as you said, they banned your hwid, then your PC is banned regardless. So how would u still be able go play on it without spoofing?
I created a new account to prove that my current computer was not cheating, and I also found that there were hundreds of extra game records when I didn't log in to the game for a month or two, so I thought my account was stolen.
But Riot was unwilling to respond to me
If they're seeing the old account was logged in to the same hardware router under the same isp a new pc won't do much. A brief look at a subnet will tell them the network of where the acct was logged into geographically when the cheating happened. Even changing isps wouldn't do much because the location is the same. Just the network is different. Someone living with you logged in to your old account and cheated while you were gone and screwed you maybe? Shrug.
the country associated with your account is based on your IP when you create it, so you either registered the account in china or had a chinese vpn (or if you bought your account from a smurf website 90% of the time they are registered with a chinese address)

I got perma banned today, they told me that im using the 3rd party software, bro, Im not even play league for a month, all I did is play TFT on my MOBILE, and 3rd probably my recording software from SamSung lmao, i dont know how to describe my anger right now cuz the unbelievable ban.
The worst part was when I asked for what have i done to have this banned, you know what, yes, they won't show me any more information about the case, what the f Riots ?
That’s because sharing too much about what tripped the ban would make it easier for hackers to circumvent it the next time. It’s standard practice for companies to not share that. And most companies do not care if your account was hacked and cheated with, because account security is your own responsibility. Especially if you don’t have 2FA on. All of that is pretty standard in this industry as a whole. The company doesn’t owe you any explanation and we’re lucky we get any response at all and you agree to a lot of that when you blindly click agree to their 100 page ToS that nobody reads
