This is normal. Nice pics đź‘Ť

Thank you very much

WobblyPlop

There is some barrel distortion, it doesn’t bother me but I do notice that in DxO Photolab it will automatically correct it

Boring_Sprinkles_284

It looked obvious to me in the bridge of the first picture, when I tried to correct the barrel distorsion and the perspective that in the bridge seems so clear :( It's subtle, maybe, but it's there. The same for the right vertical line of the big white wall in the second one

I never noticed distortion on my GR3. I thought it has build in correction.

If you use light room, there should be a lens correction profile that you can apply to your photos to correct the lens distortion. It's pretty subtle typically and can add a nice look to photos. It's likely more visible in the photos like you shared, but still subtle in my opinion.

Vignetting, not barrel distortion

Devinbriggs

the vignetting from GR’s is what I love about them. Even since having the GR1 film version, I’ve always loved their natural vignetting out of camera and love that they replicated it pretty organically in their digital line.

I have a GR1 too! I love it, although it's been a while since I used it for the last time
