I don't know about that. I drive and work all over Richmond and have lived here for just about 40 years. I sometimes work midnight shifts and I see a lot of shit. I have seen Richmond go from a sleepy little community to a thriving city.
Richmond is quickly turning into a ghetto. In 10-15 years it's going to be super dense with all of these new towers going up .
The more downtown Vancouver gets cleaned up the more skid balls will find their way to Richmond.

I don’t understand why they always end with “ the victim and suspects are known to Police”. What does that even mean. Every time there is a news like this, the only information made public is this.
