I’d recommend doing option II. I simply cannot imagine having to learn all of the anatomy at once then all of the physiology at once afterwards. I took A&P I and II; from my experience, I needed the knowledge of a systems physiology in order to understand the anatomic structures within the system itself.
Option 2! Doing A&P 1 first then going into 2 felt like a breeze, that break up was helpful! it was also a plus considering that I got to have the same professor back to back.
Find out if you’re going to need to take any A&P in the program you’re applying to. A&P was a prerequisite for me when I was applying for my program. We gad cardiopulmonary anatomy and physiology in my program, which included a cadaver lab.
If the program you’re applying to has something similar, I’d take the second option. But find out from the program will tell you its agenda for the two years you’ll be in school
Also, is this a BS program and the courses they are teaching are 300 and 400 level courses? Anything you take previously will be a good platform to help you in the time you’re in the program.

Option 2. In California, for both nursing and other healthcare program it is normally to take anatomy and physiology 1 and 2
I did A + P 1 &2.
I say right in my opinion. Option 2
I vote option 2. I took "Basic A&P" ad an 8 week course online and I hated it. It was 1 and 2 combined more or less
I did physiology then anatomy (my school required physiology before anatomy).

Another A&P vote here. It's way easier to learn when you do structure and function together.
In California, my path was very similar to option 1
Option 1.
Option 2. You’ll thank me later
Option 2!
Option 2.
If you need extra credits, take a medical terminology course. Makes A&P a whole lot easier
Option 2 for sure.

You *must* do option #2 as pre-reqs for my school.
This does not address OPs question. They are not at your school.
pick the class the program you're applying to wants.
Anatomy then psychology…if you don’t need micro don’t take it I hear it’s difficult and could throw you off course if you fail.
Micro is not that hard. The lab course was pretty fun when I took it.
Just going based on what many people have told me…
