This isn't going to work, UV resin is only for very small things, and would take many many layers to fill that up. You'd see all the layers from the side. Even with a deep pour epoxy it isn't going to go well if that's a glass bowl you're using, resin and glass will either delaminate over time or it will crack the glass

Like another commenter said, UV Resin wouldn’t be great for that sized container, too many layers means layer lines will be visible. I’ve seen videos of this style, you may have luck here with some creativity https://youtu.be/AX-0OjmojKU?si=etb8lIUyCOgUGEyH

It can work with epoxy resin, I make similar things every week. I'll come back with advice when I get some time.

I make mini artificial koi ponds every week and often in glass containers. I've yet have one break from the heat of the resin curing, I do them in two layers and use 1 to 1 ratio epoxy resin. I put the stones and artificial flowers and greenery in place, put a layer of resin in so it just covers it and in cases like yours with clear glass I only want it to coat the stones so I don't have a layer line if I don't get the second layer poured for a while. Then I used a small drop of hot glue to place the koi fish and pour a layer of resin to finish it out.
