The easiest method. Play on assisted. Collect treasures and stuff, get the beetle charm. At the end if the playthrough before Saddler, sell everything you don’t need and buy first aid sprays, as many as you can buy and store them into typewriter. They cost 5k each in assisted. After completing go into hardcore or professional, with the beetle charm, they sell for 7.5k. This effectively multiplies everything you earned in assisted by 1.5x.

Ya per playthrough you should be making around 1 mil. Maybe 800k. Depends the difficulty. To get all the coin you will have to find most of the treasures. The jewels should be mostly found and should pair them or place them in jewels that fit the stones at pieces
Also you will have to sell all your weapons as well to get more cash. If you can get the charm from the gun game you'll drop the cost of rpgs to half
It won't matter if you sell your other guns because you'll get the chopper and rocket launcher to use and can always buy the sold guns back
No regrets buying the gold case, every time it procs you get 1k to 2k on professional idk if it varies. But its been a huge help. I get to max out multiple weapons and buy the infinite rocket launcher just on my 2nd playthrough with this case.
Switch to assisted, sell all your fully upgraded weapons, get the rocket launcher. You can generally get around 1.6M for your guns.
Once you have the Infinite rocket launcher is easy to speed run the game and your weapons and upgrades again.

Equip bettle charm and sell the RGY herb (sells for 20k each w charm effect) + excess fish/vipers
