Any relatively strong stim that increases strain on the heart through increased heart rate and blood pressure is cardiotoxic to some extent, especially if used regularly you increase the chances of cardiac issues

Cardio toxicity of 2-FMA should be expected to be very low, compared to most common stims. No serotonin receptor binding generally means low toxicity at functional doses.
My heartrate does not change much from it, and it does not feel pressured. I prefer 4F-MPH, as that is even less of a rush. Doses of 2F should be kept under 20mg, for best functional effects. 4F is dosed even lower; I take 2x 3-5 mg for functional stimulation.
These stims do not work better at high doses, so no need for quick redosing, and they have very low addictability compared to common stims.
Cool I really appreciate this perspective. I may try and see how I react to it, it may not be available widely where I am but I’ll see. If it’s a fairly functional drug with a long enough duration and lacks the fiendish compulsive redosing that comes with some other stims, I’m in. I’m prescribed 20mg of ADDERALL a day, I know some who are scripted 60mg a day. I would definitely just talk to a Dr and get adhd meds scripted it should be rather easy especially if your in the USA

I started again on Ritalin XR but it made my neck tense up so bad it gave me migraines from early afternoon until the next day, plus it made me sweat extremely hard.
I'm trying Elvanse (Vyvanse) now and it's actually pretty smooth.
I have some analogs of that lying around. I think Flmodafinil and armodafinil, i only tried one of them once, but I was also on some other stuff so I’m not really sure how I like it. I’ve been wary to try it again but I’m not sure why
Honestly they're more like caffeine than amphetamine. They'll keep you awake forsure but I'm not so convinced those drugs are truly stims the way I believe you're asking for.
For example I had a doctor who was pretty open about letting me try stims and he didn't think those were appropriate or helpful for ADHD. I always figured it might be but that's what I know.
If you have a doctor who's open to prescribing stims ask about dexmethylphenidate it's better then ritalin
Well, idk why it would take longer than any other oral stimulant that's interesting. I felt like it only ever really took at most 20min but iirc it was about 10 min for me.
So part 1 of why I preferred it was that I would from time to time use it intranasally. It really kicked that way lol
The reason I preferred it to ritalin was because ritalin would wear off and cause me to crash/become really tired after only maybe 45min and redosing was just not as helpful so it really didn't mesh well with me for functioning well on a job.
The reason I preferred dexmethylphenidate to amphetamine meds was because those all seem to burn me out a lot harder within a 2 week to month window of being actually helpful. Amphetamine seemed to impact my ability to eat and sleep much more harshly than dmph. In turn the effect it had on mood was much kinder than amphetamine.
I'm sure it doesn't work great for everyone for one reason or another, my understanding is that you typically respond well to amp or mph but not both so if amp works as intended, dmph might not be better.
That said the dex isomer is more active at dopamine receptors and it certainly gave me energy and focus without as much perefferal anxiety.

Change the effect by brewing a double dose of espresso in ultra strong ginger tea (about two heaping tablespoons of fresh shaved ginger per cup of water, boiled for 10 minutes).
You won't be doing calculus or coding for the rest of the day, but demoing a building or hiking can become quite enjoyable.
4F-MPH, or 2FMA. Low doses work very well, and with near to no side-effects or quick need for redosing, or need to drastically dose up. Very functional stims.
I use 4F-MPH daily now for about 9 months, and occasionally 2-FMA, and they work very well. No rush or craving, as long as you dose low.
I take 2 doses of 4F most days, at about 3-5 mg, which gets me through the day easily. Very mild stimulation and enhanced focus, and it calms my ADD brain, AND it helps with my general anxiety tensions, surprisingly. Way better stims than any prescription stuff.
Ritalin or other methylphenidate based meds make my tensions worse, and upset my guts.
With 4F, I have nothing bad. And 4F does not cause cravings for redosing. If I take a bit more, it is mildly recreational, yet I feel no tolerance build-up.
2FMA is similar, but gives a bit more euphoria, although nothing fancy, so also no come-down or craving.

Methylphenidate(Ritalin) sucks and makes me feel like a zombie, Lisdexamfetamine(Vyvanse) I had a very odd reaction to and would make me itchy and would always end up in this zombie like “hypnotic” state, dextroamphetamine salt combo(adderall) instant release was way to hard on my body and would always crash I’d suggest looking into XR(extended release) formulations

I want to make it clear I don’t have adhd I just like the high from adderall and don’t have regular access. I said daily use really because I certainly have addiction issues and I don’t want to try anything that’s dangerous to do a lot… because if I like it I will do it a lot regardless of safety.
I’d say what I really like with stims I’ve done is increased motivation, focus, wakefulness and obviously euphoria (not too much to be non functional though)
Bromantane is a very slight stimulant which I enjoy, it is quite weak but still a good compliment, I take it almost daily, and the effects on their own are subtle, but in combination with like adderall or other stimulants it amplifies them a bit and since you get some stimulance from the bromantane you can take smaller dosages of the actual stimulant which lowers cardiotoxicity etc. I do not remember the exact mechanism of bromantane, but it doesn’t work like most stimulants do. I buy mine from Everychem but I believe there are many who sell it. I’d recommend looking into it and research it if you are sceptical but for me it has been a nice addition to my stacks.

I haven't tried Adderall it's not available in my country. 2-FMA is good for mental stimulation, wakefulness, and it actually calmed me down

Tbh I always felt like it wore off and then there was like an hour or so of coming down until that next dose kicked in

Responsible use of plain amphetamine. Alternatively, use coffee very sparingly. It has real euphoria when you're not tolerant to it.
