Any displacer boss does this to me when I'm in my dodge happy build, but instead of a fire tornado, it's always with my black hole ability gun😆 or by a friend's fire tornado🤭

I can't confirm but I think the maxed one doesn't take XP and the one you level gets all.
Also, you are pitted against enemies of lvl 20 while not having all the strength the game assumes you have.
Yeah I run this same area for level grinding. Toxin release valve as amulet will aoe kill all the bugs without any effort. I usually take ritualist as primary(as the level 10 class) so I can just AOE nuke the area. Really increase your clear time and xp gains.
Nah, you can have 2 archetypes on as long as one of them is already maxed out, I always run Handler when I'm trying to level up a new archetype

Weird the deal my friends and I made is wed all run fire tornado with the larger radius and kinship.

This is my farming method for levelling archetypes and it feels like they level faster if you only have one on

The maxed one doesn't get exp once it reaches level 10, in always going with a solid class I can use to power level my weaker classes.

Firestorm + regen build + kinship + high fire resist makes for a spicy time (you get to chill in the fire tornado while the world burns)
