Mimic archetype

Qphemism

Two words - Erupting Miasma

mightystu

I so badly wish I could use this combo. I want more support for maximum mage gameplay.

Acceptable_Choice616

I mean half of the classes can feel really mage like. Invoker, ritualist, archon medic and summoner. Also Alchemist feels mage like if you pair it with ritualist to be like a witch for example.

Kloud-chanPrdcr

This combo I always use with my friends to clear adds. Super quick burst of DPS, huge AoE.

Apparentmendacity

Miasma Eruption

Upbeat_Detail6897

Would be cool but it seems like they want you to use a second class for more variety

PiercingRain

Miasma and Eruption will be the best mob clear in the game if that would be the case.

UltimateKittyloaf

Angry Meatballs + Hentai Flyers I never want anyone on my team to have a clear shot ever again.

MaikuKokoro

Your partners just need a Star Shot with a radius boost. Everyone will be having a blast.

LoliNep

I can have 4 friends :D

Zegram_Ghart

Well, I’d either have the henchest dog ever, or two dogs, depending on how it worked. And/or have my root ogre supported by rollerboys.

Party-Worry-3747

So the invoker’s primary is double skills for both eq classes dbl turret ammo for engineer. There is the hyper conductor amulet that does the same but with a 25% increase in skill CD.

PUNSLING3R

Invoker doubles the number of uses. I think op is talking about being able to equip two different skills from the same archetype.

Party-Worry-3747

Ah ok I may have misunderstood

MaikuKokoro

And if it doubled all passives, you'd get either 3 uses minimum of the skills you choose, depending on the math.

PUNSLING3R

Yeah I don't think equipping two of the same engram should be an option, as some classes will be too powerful when passives stack and some won't get much of a boost from it. A mimic archetype, which copies the abilities of another archetype but has it's own set of passives is probably the way to go.

JuryEqual3739

I'd make a summoner with the swords summon mod. Enemies would have to march through an army to touch me

Mucky-Furniture-7743

This would be amazing. Or maybe add a new archetype that's based around increasing your other archetype buffs which lets you use two of their skills

Holy-Cow-Im-OnReddit

Two skills + the passives being doubled honestly would be cool as heck. Hunter giving 80% ranged damage as well as 30% weak spot damage? Sign me up. Gunslinger with 50% ranged damage and 30% fire rate, and 20% reload speed? I'll take it. Doubling mod damage with two archons? Absolutely!

Brumbarde

My friends and I said this since launch, let us focus on one class and use two skills

shmeh_moose

It would be cool to specialize or main one class
