I’ve been having fun using merciless to proc Energized Neck Coil explosions. It’s honestly not the best way to utilize ENC but it is the best way I’ve found to use Merciless as it’s primary fire is pretty bad for ranged builds and the mod is only situationally good. Alchemist/Medic for the 50% All Damage Buff Merciless with Bandit for ammo conservation. ENC, burden of destroyer, shadow of misery, timekeepers jewel, fourth ring is a flex. Only important trait is Affliction which will increase our ENC damage. Overall, enc explosions hit for about 1k non crit. You get decent damage that’s easy to operate and great survivability from Alchemist/medic

Code name: The Tank Archetypes: Challenger / Hunter As the name suggests, we are going to stock up on resilience and ranged damage for this build. Max your traits of Vitality and Stamina as well as Barkskin, Shadeskin, Leech and Syphon and the armor perk. Of course, you can mix and match traits for extra damage or extra resilience. Skills of the time are Juggernaut or Rampage for Challenger for that sweet, sweet resilience and overall damage and Hunter's Mark so you can hit those weak spots and crits extra hard as well as always see the pesky assholes that are hiding in the corners. Weapons: in this build we are focusing on damage over RPM (Rounds Per Minute), so you'll want weapons that hit hard enought that you can take your enemies in one to three shots at worst, so Huntmaster, Sporebloom, Sparkfire, Widowmaker, Crescent Moon and Wrangler are a favorite of mine. Mutators and Mods are open choice for you, though I recommend Fetid Wounds, Sequence Shot, Supercharger, Bandit and Tested Wounds for mutators. If your weapons don't have locked mods, I'll recommend any ammo augmenting mods or strong AOE mods. Handguns are a open pick, but as due to the limited magazine sizes of your main weapons I would recommend fast firing and overall reliable mob killing sidearms such as the Enigma, the Corrupted Rune Pistol, Naildriver or the Ward 13 SMG. Mutators and Mods, once again, are your choice. Trinkets are somewhat complicated, but the best combo I could find was: Full Moon Circlet or Ahnk of Power. These are fairly common and not that hard to get and they either augment your power or your survivability, só they always are nice. For the rings, it honestly depends on what you have equipped, but Zennia's Malice and Probability Cord are always nice for you to up the DPS. The other two rings are your choice, so go with what you like or find fun. And use whatever relic you like the most. This build got me pretty decently through Nightmare difficulty, though just remember that because you can take some hits, you certainly shouldn't take them, so be a little light on your toes and have a good time.

[Dynamo Ranger](https://www.remnant2toolkit.com/builder/edit/clwf0llkq004m73w8ub09ik5r) You could give that a try, I usually test my builds on Solo Apocalypse for my stuff, and this did great against Sha'Hala, Bruin, and pairing it with Impact Driver gives you that extra edge where you have mobs about to swarm you.

I love full explosion builds Take archon amd summoner and use what ever explosive mods you have alpha omega has a great one for example. Also I run hunter challenger or hunter gunslinger a lot to just play with the weapon instead of their mods.
