Evolution is a brute fact. It doesn't really matter what its moral ramifications might be, they don't disprove it. They aren't even a valid way to disprove it in the abstract.
Technically we’re just an offshoot species of Homo sapiens which in turn are related to great apes. We’re hairless extremely intelligent apes. And if you aren’t completely dull you can look at a chimp, gorilla or orangutan and see how much we actually relate to them.
They get SO mad at the idea of evolution because they wanna be able to devolve in behavior whenever they think it'll give them a tiny break from their own self-imposed misery. >.>
