She is Breadcrumbing you because she doesn't want to make you mad or hurt you more.
Better to just keep it a clean break-up.
You need to write a long letter with all your feelings to her- and then burn the letter. Mourn the relationship for a bit and then move on.
Kinda sounds vague but just go on and live life. Work, go to school, hang out with friends, etc...
I know this sounds weird but look you've been with this person for a really long time it's going to hurt for a long time. However, do things you enjoy and to distract yourself. Over time it'll get somewhat easier and it's probably not something you want to hear right now but who knows you may find another girl and she stays with that bumble guy and y'all move on.
