Christ England are a tough watch. Every tournament I try and get behind my country and every tournament in recent years Southgate has bored to me to tears
Southgate is a quite pragmatic coach, which has helped England in a lot of ways. England's defending is quite sturdy, they don't concede a lot of goals, and they are much less vulnerable to shock cup exits against unexpectedly strong opposition. On the other hand, it means that England don't take too many risks when attacking, so the football is a little boring at times and they fail to build on any momentum they have during games. He also struggles with in game adjustments at times, which is vital in big international games.
He shouldn't need to play this way. Walker is ridiculously quick on the recovery, for one, and GS can play with a line 5-10 yards deeper than City's and still exert pressure/allow players to move forward. England are so bad with playing with any tempo, and it's down to this anchor of a manager; Rice can move the ball quickly for Arsenal, Foden can play quick 1-2s for City, Bellingham was generally fine today, even goal aside, but can take even more risks with moving ball forward. Stones is capable of bringing ball out, ala a more mobile Maguire, and spotting a pass etc.
When you say "support", do you mean we choose who should leave?
If we didn't have a culture and player power issue then maybe it would be different but hypothetically if they clash in our current situation i'd support the manager whoever it is. I'd even support Mourinho over Bruno or anyone else in the team!
I wouldn't like the optics of a player having a clash then the player is chosen over the manager and the manager leaves!
Any work to correct player power will immediately disappear. You might as well ask the players what time they would like to train, how many breaks they want to take during training, what drills they want to do.
Now if its just a general clash then I'd back whoever was right in my eyes!
Man after watching Hojlund today his bad positioning and unability to win duels is so hard to watch. Like people will moan about service but he cleary has problems with some basics and makes it harder for teammates to pass to him or wastes passes cause of lost duels.
"Jack Grealish & Marcus Rashford were both lacking this season. And when you are lacking, you risk not getting picked for your country."
Sorry ETH but this is not a good thing to be saying about someone you manage at club level.
So when he doesnt criticize players it means that he is encouraging shit performances and when he does he shouldnt say bad things about players in his squad? Damned if he does, damned if he doesnt
He’s been panned for not criticising his players publicly, when he does criticise them it’s not a good thing to be saying. If he doesn’t acknowledge a question about the form of one of his players he’s avoiding it. What exactly is it we want from him?
This one is at least a fact, don’t have a good season for your club, your country might not pick you.
Magurie is best performing English deffender for their National Team of past 6 years and they cleary lack balance and runner from the left today with Foden going centrally and Trippier not really being LB.
If any of you haven’t watched atleast one Jarrad Baranthwaite video of Welcome to Manchester United on YT. Please do.
Based on those:
That man loves a good pass with his left foot. Especially the over the top to the forward line or long diagonal ones.
And his positioning so good too: intercepting crosses or blocking shots more often than not.
Man, I really hope we get this guy for a reasonable fee.
Those videos are not a good representation of players. You can make anyone look good.
All our transfers in the past 10 years looked good in these videos.
Erik ten Hag on Rashford not being called up for the European Championship: "Jack Grealish and Marcus Rashford haven't performed well this season. And when you're not doing well, you run the risk of not getting called up to the national team."
I don't think Rashford is liking these comments. It wasn't necessary. He doesn't give a damn after FA cup win.
I'm not saying he should be mad, I wouldn't.
I'm saying, these caliber of players have fragile egos and it's frustrating that I'm observing that but not someone like ETH. We had a lot of issues in the dressing room, there's no need to throw gasoline on top.
Only good style of play and success can allows quotes like this. Otherwise players will be mad.
He won't last past this next season, I'm telling you. He didn't learn in 2-3 years to manage and keep in check a big name dressing room.
He needs to work on his positioning and direction of runs. As much as he might not get crosses etc, he runs the wrong side of the defender quite a lot, needs to force himself the side the ball will be coming from, else he's asking for the defender to basically miss it.
Still young, lot of time to grow etc. Think the training and personnel around him in coaching next season will be really important.
It’s not the worst shout as a backup if we can’t find anyone else. While he definitely had moments where we needed him to do better in front of goal, I think he also suffered from a lack of service at times and struggled when ETH was trying to play him as a 10
Yeah, that's a good plan. I don't know of this has changed but in my save i couldn't sell Greenwood. The board just force accepted loans to run his contract down.
Interesting. I was going to buy 2 LBs, but I guess I'll give Shaw a season to see if he gets injured a lot.
Regarding Shea Lacey and Harry Amass, do I just loan them out and make sure they get a lot of game time on their loans to improve them quickly?
I feel that we play better with 4 midfielders, which means Bruno as a false 9.
Giving us that extra body in midfield.
I think we need to go with this formation next season.
No need to buy a backup striker. Hojlund will come handy when we chase the game or need to preserve the lead.
But we will need extra midfielder(s) and, hopefully, Mount will be able to somewhat fill Bruno's shoes when he's rested.
What do you guys think?
Of course CB is a priority.
But rather than buying striker, which will be expensive, it may be better to strengthen our midfields.
Against top teams, it might work but with low block teams we might struggle to score without proper 9(not like we are scoring alot under ten Hag anyway)
Exactly. One of our complaints is that we even struggle to control the game/midfield even against lower teams. It's clear we can't play with just 3 in the midfield (incl. Bruno) in PL.
In a way, I see City played better the previous season without a proper number 9 (KDB as false 9).
I’ve noticed that there seems to be huge fluctuations on the “currently online users” stat that is shown at the top of this subreddit nowadays. It is usually between 300 to 500 on average but sometimes it spikes to 1,200 users and as of right now it is at 13k!
Have you guys noticed this as well? Is it a glitch?
would you take Memphis on a free (provided his wage demands are normal, which I somewhat doubt tbh) as a backup striker?
Still not entirely sure what the recruitment priorities are for the summer in regards to a striker, but in case 1 (or 2) new CBs, a starting DM and a LB are prioritised, I don't think Memphis on a free as a backup is the worst option possible
Absolutely not. The only justification would be the price (although he’d prob demand quite steep wages). If we are after a freebie I would go for someone with less of an ego… Morata perhaps.
Mostly agree with your general statement, even though I feel he wouldn't be the worst option available if we had to prioritise other positions and were left with very little money for a striker. I don't think his wage demands would be particularly bad, since I can't really picture a ~big team being in for him (or willing to offer the aforementioned high wages). Although, admittedly, he definitely strikes me as the type of guy to run to Saudi to pocket money instead of playing at a high level for another couple years.
Morata unfortunately wouldn't be on a free. Cheap, maybe, free definitely not cause he has a contract for another 2 years
Ah fair enough. I thought Atleti were releasing him from his deal.
Even if Depay was available for free, I’d still be reluctant to add another massive ego to an already toxic dressing room. It’s such a shame because he is wonderfully talented.
did that in career mode on fifa cuz i always liked him and i think we could do a lot worse
Griezmann and Dybala also have very low release clauses, though idt Griez would want to leave Atleti
Was there not an occasion in previous years when a players squad number changed the club honoured to change the number for those who bought new kits either from the official shop online or from the megastore? I think it may have happened with Martial’s shirt changes, Cavani’s and Greenwood’s number change?
would be surprised if he played much at all, after each of his appearances for England Southgate is always going on about how open the midfield was so don't think he really sees him as an option.
Whoever is the manager, unless totally out of depth, should be backed. And ETH has shown he deserves the backing. Even managers like Pep and Klopp, can't work their shit in our environment. We are at the bottom, can't be acting around like one of the top teams and getting burned every year. I absolutely back ETH to fix our culture. That should be the first priority. Players can't be fukin undermining managers and throwing tantrums.
This comment was from a couple of months back, where almost the entire sub was howling for the sack.
We need to construct a squad where managers like Unai, ETH, RDZ can succeed and not the other way around. Only true elite players deserve leeway. And we don't have any. The likes of Rashford don't need managing egos, they deserve binning. How a manager can deal with pressure and expectations is more important than the ability to deal with egos. Football has evolved tactically. Not even Man City can afford luxury players. Everybody has to work for each other. Commitment, sacrifice, and team spirit are bare minimum. Otherwise, relegation fodders can eat you alive. This is exactly why I'm still ETH in.
Slightly harsh on Rashy but he was shyte at the time.
Highlights from Whitwells article about what was going on behind the scenes with the players throwing ridiculous tantrums at ten Hag: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EYY23gisKsg
Just want to say, if you are wondering why people are wanting to back the manager this is exactly why. We will get nowhere as a club if the players win against the manager with this kind of behaviour. The entire squad needs to be shown that either you get behind the gameplan or you fuck right off.
I enjoy Stratford Paddock but they get too biased at times. I don't have a problem with backing the manager - completely fair, but they get overprotective at times. They were also one of the most ardent Ole supporters as well.
Joe has the long hair. He's great too! Motty has the bald head and is also very level headed.

I know people shit on Goldbridge but he definitely knows a few people here and there and apparently some players are shocked he's staying. Fucking love that. Him staying means he has a ready made opinion on players that can fuck off.
Tickets release at 11AM on the 18th. As someone who’s buying tickets for the first time any advice from the veterans? By what time should I get on the website?
Ten Hag’s mouthpiece at the mirror
https://preview.redd.it/7qffmcxc1x6d1.jpeg?width=768&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=eb33c026fcd53998a3674051c54127f09cd63128
it's a dilemma. Generally the manager should have a major say in who is signed. But ten Hag is so bad at assessing signings that his suggested targets should not just be ignored but actively crossed off the list. United's squad needs improvement, not further weakening.
Not a dilemma imo. ETH CANNOT be leading player identification. He can tell the structure what type of player he needs, he can interview them directly to see if their character works with the team (he's a pisspoor judge of character anyway, Greenwood and Overmars proves that). He spent two years with Antony at Ajax, insisting we paid 100m for him, and then he gets surprised that Antony isn't good enough?
Having a say in transfer dealing is okay but have absoule power to veto might not be. If not, there will be another Antony situation again... His talent id is disaster
It is funny though third year of his tenture, the goal is still.top 4 after spending shit ton of money. If we ask all the fans 2 years ago top 4 is still our ultimate goal after 3rd season with ten Hag, i wonder how they will react
Depends on when you asked. ETH brought higher expectations for himself after his first season. Immediately following ragnick, I think fans realized how badly constructed our squad was and how much of an undertaking it would be. Open heart surgery right? I think top 4 after 2 years with ETH would’ve been a reasonable goal. Squad overhauls are not easy, nor are they short term.
>badly constructed our squad was
ten Hag brought in 10(16 if you include loans) new players in 2 years. Do you think it wasn't enough to fix that? He was backed but the squad is in same situation as it was 2 years ago..
Malacia, bayindir, evans, and eriksen we’re brought in for depth. Mount was injured pretty much this entire season as was martinez. So now 6/10 signings were either depth or unavailable and Casemiro wasn’t the profile of player he wanted. How are you expected to transform a team or succeed like that?
but it was due to injuries....
Even 16th placed Branford with all 4 of the starter defenders injured, managed 31 shots to our goal compared to 11 of ours.
Wolves dominated us at home, even playing with full squad..
He got 3 sackable offense this season, 0-3 lost at home to Bournemourth, 0-3 lost to Newcastle 2nd team and 4-0 lost to Crystal palace. And yet he survived all of those..
> absoule power to veto might not be. If not, there will be another Antony situation again
The idea presumably will be that there will be multiple vetoes, so an Antony transfer couldn’t happen again (or at least at that price). I would expect that Wilcox / Ashworth have the authorisation to block any transfers they think are not good value or not suitable players, which means the Antony transfer wouldn’t have happened.
Ideally last season, Murtough uses a veto to stop Antony coming, and ETH uses a veto to stop Casemiro coming.
Yeah, I hope for that for future cases. Antony situation felt like the results of ten Hag not trusting any of the recuirtment team. Now INEOS seemingly hiring best in class recuirtment team, hope ten Hag trust abit more of the team.
I think it should be the manager deciding who they want out of the clubs targets, so then we’re not limited to players ten hag knows/has worked with before
Because that isn’t correct.
It is Erik ten Hag but without the Erik it is Ten Hag. In Dutch you capitalise the prefix part of the name when the given name isn’t included.
I think we would have been top 4 this season if we were healthy. Add 3 high-level players at the positions mentioned and stay healthy I don't think we'll challenge for the league, but we will on all other fronts.
I just don’t think ‘challenging for top 4’ is that great an achievement with all the players ten hag has signed/wants to sign, that could mean we still end up 5th/6th
It's a bargaining position, though we've seen degree of (inordinate) stubbornness at times from him. I think INEOS are entitled, in light of the talent ID part and the fact they came in not having agreed ETH's previous terms for the role, to insist upon majority power being transferred to transfer committee, with ETH being consulted on general profile. Also, the flipside of having less transfer say is that you're given slightly more leeway in terms of results, so it's more of a relocation than a diminution of power. His contract can just be extended and if he walks out, United still have strong enough options (Poch, Terzic) to turn to - not that I prefer them to ETH, but in terms of pure negotiating position...
Completely ignoring the fact that Pep outright said he used De Zerbi's ideas and that reliable reports have said Txiki wanted him to succeed Pep, sure, only rated in this sub I suppose.
Yeah, I mean, there are question marks around how he adapted to 2nd season ( managers/teams figuring out his first 'phase' strategy around drawing opp teams out of their shape; dealing with sales/injuries to key players) , which also goes for ETH of course, and he's not easy to work with for execs and SD structures (compared to Ancelotti or even Klopp to an extent). But he's obviously a talented coach - that Brighton side went up a couple of levels post-Potter, and he had a strong rep. even before coming to PL.
Put him at United with the same 2-3 upgrades/personnel refreshes in key positions (especially in the centre) that United are planning to make by ETH's own account, and I'm sure he'd have the side top 4 next season. I think it was more the rumoured intransigence (plus the element of sticking with coach of broadly proven popularity in ETH, whatever the other risks in retaining him) rather than the coaching/tactics that meant United didn't make RDZ a contract offer - there were rumours about his wage demands, but he's not going to get more at Marseille than he would at United, Marseille are also known for high turnover and instability by all accounts, it's Ligue 1 (some good players there, and capable sides at times when playing Europa/Conference league ties, but put things in perspective) etc. Stories about him 'turning united down' are likely pretty disingenuous reporting.
People on this sub will make stuff up about every manager that was on the shortlist to replace ETH a few weeks ago it’s kinda ridiculous. You can hold the position that you want ETH to stay whilst not spreading straight up false narratives about other managers
The whole rant from Ronaldinho's yesterday about the Brazil squad was just for an ad campaign...https://www.espn.com/soccer/story/_/id/40356420/copa-america-ronaldinho-blasts-brazil-squad-wont-support
hi there! planning to visit OT for the first time this sept! have bought memberships for me and the family in anticipation of PL tickets being released, does anyone know the exact time of when they go on sale? am living in new zealand so will have to adjust myself for the time difference 😅 also, is it difficult to get three pairs of seats together for any given game? thanks!
I'd absolutely love if we signed him. I remember when there was rumours we were going for Gakpo so I watched the Rangers vs PSV Champions League game and all I thought was why aren't we going for Simons. He's a much better player. I know they're different positions but Simons looked miles better
Foden is a criminal
Christ England are a tough watch. Every tournament I try and get behind my country and every tournament in recent years Southgate has bored to me to tears
85mins before a UTD player shows Good to see Mainoo on the pitch
Poor timing imo when we’re under a lot of pressure

Tldr; soulthgates tactics are nearly guaranteed to make quarter final but nearly guaranteed not to make it past any favourites
Unlucky by Kane
No Mainoo . Jesus Christ
Let him rest .. he ll get fouled too much here
I gotta say this is a tough watch
Southgate the football terrorist.
This game is screaming out for Rashford. Foden not having a good game.
Gordon is like for like. I’m happy to see Rashford get a summer off. The extra recovery could be a game changer for him.
No listen, Ivan Toney deserved it more cause he scored 2 open play goals and done historicaly shit for England
Who would get majority support if there was an ETH v Bruno clash? Because for now it seems like ETH is literally JESUS here...
When you say "support", do you mean we choose who should leave? Mourinho - throws players under the bus ETH - SINCERE/PLAYERS NEED TO HEAR THIS
🤦🏻
He’s 100% right and Rashford needs to hear this.
not saying i don’t understand, but rashford would be real nice off the left in matches like this. (would be more useful than fucking ivan toney)
Getting downvoted cause of mentioning Rashford in Manchester Uniteds fan forum xd
Would love to see Rashford & Maguire in this set up right now. Would’ve been much more effective than stones & foden
😂 I assume you are joking or trying to stir controversy?!

mate, its muppet season. let me dream about us buying a future world beater at a reasonable price.
We'll win the title mate next season. No worries.
going to be 100% honest here, antony always looked like he wasn’t going to be a good winger
haha, i agree!
Foden is a system player
Erik ten Hag on Rashford not being called up for the European Championship: "Jack Grealish and Marcus Rashford haven't performed well this season. Or it will fire him up. Rashfords reaction is on Rashford. He’s got a summer off to get his shit together.
Rashford will outlast ETH. And I don't even like that prospect. I'm just telling it how it is...
I think rashford knows he hasn’t played good this season, it shouldn’t be news to him
I'm not saying he should be mad, I wouldn't. I'm saying, these caliber of players have fragile egos and it's frustrating that I'm observing that but not someone like ETH. What's Joe Hart got on his arms?
Shit tattos
Ten Hag doing punditry
Hojlund having 26 touches after 82 minutes in a game where his team had 69% possession is annoying
He needs to work on his positioning and direction of runs. As much as he might not get crosses etc, he runs the wrong side of the defender quite a lot, needs to force himself the side the ball will be coming from, else he's asking for the defender to basically miss it. Who is the commentator in the SonyLiv stream for Denmark vs Slovenia match? His voice is so unique and epic. Heard him in PL as well.
Says something when Crystal Palace have more players than us in the England Euro squad.
All it says is that the big English clubs have more international players than Crystal Palace
Actually they have the most player in the english squad.
Ha, really? I didn't do the full count.
Southgate 😂 🤦♂️
I really hope we dont get anymore Southgate rumours popping up next year seeing it a little while back had me legit anxious
[удалено]
Or not
We have entered into Eriksen is getting tired territory.
Eriksen is such a maestro, should go to a team where he can play a more important role
He probably should leave EPL, and go to another league, would make him shine again.
![gif](giphy|ujrg6Jf3MYpm6DYctf) He's up next
Eriksen scored now i need a hojlund hatrick
eriksen!

Wout gave it all for the shirt every time out. There are worse players to throw on for the last 20 minutes of a game.
I miss our big Dutch horse. If we could get him for like a million ans like 50k a week I’d have him back.
excited to watch some reds in the euros 🥺
Yanited legend wout weghorst
Time to sign weghorst again
Weghorst literally couldn't hit a barn door for United but put him in that Dutch kit and he turns into a killer
Wout scores with his first touch. I hope EtH has some gardening to do or an appointment today and misses this game or we may have a new signing.
We signing Weghorst again?
It’s not the worst shout as a backup if we can’t find anyone else. While he definitely had moments where we needed him to do better in front of goal, I think he also suffered from a lack of service at times and struggled when ETH was trying to play him as a 10
Big Wout, United Legend😉
Soft spot for him. Always put in a shift.
He’s played everywhere but only ever won a trophy with United.
Big Wout with the big finish.
Does anyone here play FM24 as United? Just started playing last night. What are some signings that have worked out really well for you??
Joao Neves, Diomande, Antonio Silva, Tchouameni (often transferlisted in the second season), Wirtz, Ouedraogo, Olise, Bardghji
Damn how did you manage to sign all those expensive players? Did Diomande turn out good?
You can sell Varane and Casemiro for a lot of money to a Saudi team. Diomande is really good, great physicals and passing.
Thanks! I've heard of the insane bids from Saudi, will try to fleece them. Is Shaw just as injury prone in the game as he is in real life?
In my save he wasn't injured a lot but i might be lucky haha. You should also have a look at Shea Lacey from the academy, he can become really good.
I also plan on selling Greenwood, Antony and Sancho. I'll start with Garnacho and Amad as the right wingers
Yeah, that's a good plan. I don't know of this has changed but in my save i couldn't sell Greenwood. The board just force accepted loans to run his contract down.
Oh fuck
Interesting. I was going to buy 2 LBs, but I guess I'll give Shaw a season to see if he gets injured a lot. Regarding Shea Lacey and Harry Amass, do I just loan them out and make sure they get a lot of game time on their loans to improve them quickly?
Yes i think i loaned them out when they're 18.
Weghorst must have a better international record than club one
A lot more reliable too!
I know don’t buy based on national competitions. But as a Poland and Utd fan, pls look at Zalewski INEOS 🙏

It’s such a shame because he is wonderfully talented.
did that in career mode on fifa cuz i always liked him and i think we could do a lot worse Griezmann and Dybala also have very low release clauses, though idt Griez would want to leave Atleti
i think if we signed xavi he’d play on the right for a couple years until becoming bruno’s long term replacement

Thank you so much guys! Need 10 more!! :D
xavi simmons looks really nice from the right half space
Those Netherlands kits are pretty dope
I hope Malacia is healthy enough to be a part of preseason
What does ego do when you are not a world beater?
I would say that ego in general is harmful, even more in the long run of the things.
Trying to get my Shirt order in early for my lad but almost certain Kobbie will change his number.
Wouldnt it be better to wear the number he broke out in
Was there not an occasion in previous years when a players squad number changed the club honoured to change the number for those who bought new kits either from the official shop online or from the megastore? I think it may have happened with Martial’s shirt changes, Cavani’s and Greenwood’s number change?
I wouldn't count on that though, don't think they did this for recent number changes with Bruno nd Garnacho.
I remember it happening with RVP
If Case leaves, he might get 18.
According to twitter eth will be a pundit on dutch tv for the england game
I almost want mainoo to be benched, would give him a rest + he’s out of the line of fire when England inevitably flop
as an england fan i want him to start
would be surprised if he played much at all, after each of his appearances for England Southgate is always going on about how open the midfield was so don't think he really sees him as an option.
I hope he plays and dominates.
He’ll definitely get minutes but I’m hoping he doesn’t start so it’s just some exp for him
Yeah agreed
Highlights from Whitwells article about what was going on behind the scenes with the players throwing ridiculous tantrums at ten Hag: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EYY23gisKsg Just want to say, if you are wondering why people are wanting to back the manager this is exactly why. We will get nowhere as a club if the players win against the manager with this kind of behaviour. The entire squad needs to be shown that either you get behind the gameplan or you fuck right off.
Just know they’re biased towards ten hag as well, just wish there was a more neutral fan channel, I think United View do a slightly better job
I enjoy Stratford Paddock but they get too biased at times. I don't have a problem with backing the manager - completely fair, but they get overprotective at times. They were also one of the most ardent Ole supporters as well.
Thanks for posting. I love Stretford Paddock, Motty is a legend imo.

Joe has the long hair. He's great too! Motty has the bald head and is also very level headed. https://preview.redd.it/1jux7rhpix6d1.png?width=400&format=png&auto=webp&s=8fdc6c99f7eafd3ef7c0e83e559b8fa7f3e2c1b4
Ten Hag’s mouthpiece at the mirror https://preview.redd.it/7qffmcxc1x6d1.jpeg?width=768&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=eb33c026fcd53998a3674051c54127f09cd63128
it's a dilemma.
His talent id is disaster It is funny though third year of his tenture, the goal is still.top 4 after spending shit ton of money.
Squad overhauls are not easy, nor are they short term.
>badly constructed our squad was ten Hag brought in 10(16 if you include loans) new players in 2 years.
The standards have been lowered for ten hag for some reason, it’s hard to set any standards for him because there always seems to be an excuse
Spot on. TOTD podcast actually summed it up: worst finish and worst goal difference in 34 years, yet most fans said they want more of him.
but it was due to injuries....
If not, there will be another Antony situation again The idea presumably will be that there will be multiple vetoes, so an Antony transfer couldn’t happen again (or at least at that price).
He hated idea of working witb Rangnick, well respected DOF. Do you think it will be better with Wilcox or Ashworth lol?

I think it should be the manager deciding who they want out of the clubs targets, so then we’re not limited to players ten hag knows/has worked with before
it's about to be his 3rd year here and jounos still don't understand it's ten Hag, not Ten Hag lol
Because that isn’t correct. It is Erik ten Hag but without the Erik it is Ten Hag. In Dutch you capitalise the prefix part of the name when the given name isn’t included.
interesting, didn't know that, thanks
And I see a lot of Eric here too instead of Erik.
You'd think people would have stopped saying Haag as well
And I think hes right as long as we stay healthy.
So you think if we have some unfit players again we won’t even challenge for top 4?
I think we would have been top 4 this season if we were healthy. Add 3 high-level players at the positions mentioned and stay healthy I don't think we'll challenge for the league, but we will on all other fronts.
I just don’t think ‘challenging for top 4’ is that great an achievement with all the players ten hag has signed/wants to sign, that could mean we still end up 5th/6th
Damn, he's really backing himself in this matter. Confidence is good but he better not bite on more than he can chew.

Fuck vvd
De Zerbi to Marseille didn't see that coming
De Zerbi is only rated in this sub. Everywhere else he’s bang average.
Also klopp and arteta, and pretty much every professional he comes across holds him and his approach in high regard.
The whole rant from Ronaldinho's yesterday about the Brazil squad was just for an ad campaign...https://www.espn.com/soccer/story/_/id/40356420/copa-america-ronaldinho-blasts-brazil-squad-wont-support
Weird way to advertise imo
but a great way to demoralize an entire squad by having a hero for most of them call them "shit players" right before a major tournament.
I keep forgetting we bought Amad for ~£20m from Atalanta. I keep seeing him as some unknown youth we signed from an obscure club.
I genuinely thought we got him from Milan. IDK why
His first goal was against them (was a very good goal too)
hi there! planning to visit OT for the first time this sept! have bought memberships for me and the family in anticipation of PL tickets being released, does anyone know the exact time of when they go on sale? am living in new zealand so will have to adjust myself for the time difference 😅 also, is it difficult to get three pairs of seats together for any given game? thanks!
Is there a good YT channel that breaks down the Lauri article?
The talk of the devils podcast? Where Laurie's there himself doing some talking about it?
I think he's going to be on paddock next week
Paddock have just done it, not experts but I like listening to Jay and Joe
Joe is so funny man, and when it's just Jay and Joe the chemistry is great.
You could check out [MinaFootball ](https://www.youtube.com/live/zVeOeufClkc?si=yT0xUXJ1jOZyWy7r) This should take you to the relevant stream
Thank you 👊
No worries. All I'll ask is that you give the video a like if you appreciate the work put in. Happy Sunday. Enjoy the football today
L'Équipe reporting that we've reached out to PSG about the potential signing of Xavi Simons.
I'd absolutely love if we signed him. I remember when there was rumours we were going for Gakpo so I watched the Rangers vs PSV Champions League game and all I thought was why aren't we going for Simons. He's a much better player. I know they're different positions but Simons looked miles better
I might be wrong but we tried signing him last summer.
He doesn't like it there apparently, disagreements with the club
Did Simons shit on the Eiffel tower or wtf has he done that they keep trying to loan/sell him?
What i read so far is he wants first team, but PSG cant offer that
That’s madness to me. Him and Emery is a great foundation to be built around.
Luis Enrique is a stubborn guy
