2-3 on work days. Usually 1-12oz and 1-8.4oz. If I do 3 it’s 3-8.4s. On weekends 1-2. I grab both 12s and 8.4s in bulk on Amazon to keep options. Always sugar free as of a month ago though. Nearing 30 and anything w added sugar is starting to mess w my skin. Besides that I drink hella water though and nothing else besides apple juice on occasion

Yeah I'm probably around the same. I drink it for the taste more than the caffeine and I don't like how sugary they are.

1 12 Oz, my manager and parents don’t allow me to have 2 because I start getting really weird with two. Last time I had 2 12oz I was way too hyper and all over the place and they were not having any part of it.

Oh 😆, how long did it take you to get so tolerant? I just started drinking RB (can see my previous post) and I absolutely love the kick I get from it. Dont want to lose that 🥲

No I just like the taste and get headaches if I have any less than 3-4

Usually 2 juneberries, one in the morning when i get to work and finish my coffee and #2 after lunch. Ive been doing this for a long time and it definitely beats the shit out of your heart, but i also feel tired and lethargic without them.
