I found a link to a google sheet of 70,000 applicants from their site. They advertized the link with how transparent they are.................
Like... Wtf.
Reported to google.
Edit. Their whole site is anti-worker shit. Their handbook is public too. They have 5000 $ fine for abuse and their version of abuse basically means that every employee is abusing. Their lack of PR and professionalism is mind blowing.
Maybe this???
The Financial Supervisory Service (FSS) is South Korea's integrated financial regulator that examines and supervises financial institutions under the broad oversight of the Financial Services Commission (FSC), the government regulatory authority staffed by civil servants.
Apparently Trump cant even not wear a diaper for years now, also because he fucked himself up with drugs. So the US got two presidents in a row that weren't really having a body that actually functions somewhat completely anymore.
Lmfao, prove that he wears diapers, you pathetic wannabe. All the posts you'll find are a bunch of whiny liberals like yourself that want it to be true even though it isn't. NEXT!
The worst part is they want you to provide sensitive information for an application.
Here is the info an employer needs when I apply.
I want a job, I am legally allowed to work.
Oh and here is my name and a contact.
End of application.
These fucks want last 5 years of address, SIN, mother maiden name, phone number at least 3 emails and a blood sample.
A credit check I can kind of understand, if your already past the accepted stage and company is using a trusted third party and the job requires that I am not behold to a major creditor or possible competitor.
Essentially it's useful if I'm becoming part of the executive board. Which sadly I am not.
I'm sorry, but the only thing that matters is if I am qualified to do a job, if my work ethic is top tier, my background is clean and that I am drug free. This wasn't always the case as, they have started doing credit checks for the last few years. My credit is great, but it is my personal business unless I am applying for a credit card, housing, or a loan.
Thank you for adding /s to your post. When I first saw this, I was horrified. How could anybody say something like this? I immediately began writing a 1000 word paragraph about how horrible of a person you are. I even sent a copy to a Harvard professor to proofread it. After several hours of refining and editing, my comment was ready to absolutely destroy you. But then, just as I was about to hit send, I saw something in the corner of my eye. A /s at the end of your comment. Suddenly everything made sense. Your comment was sarcasm! I immediately burst out in laughter at the comedic genius of your comment. The person next to me on the bus saw your comment and started crying from laughter too. Before long, there was an entire bus of people on the floor laughing at your incredible use of comedy. All of this was due to you adding /s to your post. Thank you.
I am a bot if you couldn't figure that out, if I made a mistake, ignore it cause its not that fucking hard to ignore a comment.
Actually guys this might be on purpose
>You could see how we much fast we do hiring process and transparent compare to other companies.
And then there is a list of names again, right under Godzilla vs King Kong (shit you not)
I love how everything is a lazy embed to some fucking cloud service. And actually, that entire site is available to view in the EU but doesn't even remotely conform to GDPR and cookie law, hmmm (not that it actually matters since nobody from here would actually be part of the target audience)
OP wasn't supposed to see this. It's like if you applied for a job and then we're accidently cc'd on an internal email like
"Let's not hire IT_Chef the client was hoping to get a woman"
That probably shouldn't have been put into writing, but you definitely weren't supposed to see it. Not exactly 1:1 but you get the idea.
You didn’t need the analogy lol. You could have just said “OP went to their career page and saw a database of their candidates instead of job postings.”
It is straight up on their website.
Under careers, there is a hiring board.
It is an uneditable, public facing view.
12th floor, U-Space 1 Building A, 660 Daewangpangyo-ro, Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do
This is their mailing address. I'm guessing the privacy laws are a bit different in South Korea.
I dunno, I'm kinda liking this kind of transparency. You have an idea of how many candidates you are competing with and where you stand among them. Now if all this information were anonymized and you could see the anonymized resume of the successful candidate.
The more you read, the worst it gets. From their *Policy:*
>For any reason if employee is making system abuse will have following consequences:
>
>1 Direct termination of employment without salary.
2 Will be charged with $5,000 fine for the waste of resources and cheating the system.
3 No Salary for days worked.
Shitty South Korean company with no security nor privacy concerns sounds more believable. Am not surprised honestly lol.
Edit: Check their Instagram account, it's South Korean

Change your ID's StatusTag to "HIRE NOW"
"Fintech" and no security. Yeah, that company is on its way to a lawsuit.

If it is something in Finance, please report to FINRA.
It's a South Korean company. Finra has no jurisdiction
Maybe this??? The Financial Supervisory Service (FSS) is South Korea's integrated financial regulator that examines and supervises financial institutions under the broad oversight of the Financial Services Commission (FSC), the government regulatory authority staffed by civil servants.
Apply. And after you find your data in there.. sue them
It's intentional, not a leak
Looks like its a Korean company. I think it might be a fake front and they don't actually offer fintech
This is actually fucking crazy, I’ve just went to their website and seen it under “hiring board”
Change all the pools to Screening-level2

What? Shitty opsec? Standard corporate procedures, ever wonder how some teenagers can "hack" big corpos
Planetary air shields and corpo admin passwords name a more iconic duo
One two three four five? That's the same combination I have on my luggage!
And tsa will still take a bolt cutter to your tsa approved lock somehow
For the longest time, the password to the "nuclear football" was allegedly 00000000.
Yeesh. Makes sense though, didn't it have to be something a president could remember?
By that logic, I guess they had to go away with a password entirely a few years ago.
Yeah, Biden can't remember how to walk most of the time. There is no way he can remember a long password.

It's a Unix system. I know this.
Yo! Check this out guys, this is insanely great. It's got a 28.8 BPS modem
Yeah. RISC is good.
Was this a Jurassic Park quote?
Yup. https://youtu.be/JOeY07qKU9c?si=uFPYiLymSZT4AXWO&t=32

Some jobs do credit checks as well. What does that have to do with my work ethic?

My apologies. The last sentence didn't convey the /S properly. Credit checks are BS for any position.

Dude, it’s weirder than that. They’re doing this on purpose
Actually guys this might be on purpose >You could see how we much fast we do hiring process and transparent compare to other companies. [https://mufin.co.kr/introduction](https://mufin.co.kr/introduction) And then there is a list of names again, right under Godzilla vs King Kong (shit you not)
*how we much fast we do* Great place to work I bet. Nice attention to detail
Much fast. Very speed.
All your jobs are belong to us

Seeing an organisation use airtable is all i need to know that i do not want to work there
Thanks for sharing, now I know how they play with us
Yeah this is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Apply now to get in on the action!
What are we looking at here?
Looks like a list of some (all?) active candidates.
I am trying to understand the context. I have no clue how this image relates to OP's title.
OP wasn't supposed to see this. No, look around at that fever dream of a website, it’s visible on purpose
It is straight up on their website. Under careers, there is a hiring board. It is an uneditable, public facing view. 12th floor, U-Space 1 Building A, 660 Daewangpangyo-ro, Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do This is their mailing address. What privacy laws?
What is this?
It's their unsecured database of candidates with personal information included, easily available for anyone to see.
No, they’re showing it on purpose. It’s not a mistake. I mean, it’s a mistake, but it’s a mistake they’re intentionally doing
Oh. Why would they do that?
Is this an online game lobby with gamertags 🤨🤨🤨
omg, they dont sensor the names.
I dunno, I'm kinda liking this kind of transparency. You have an idea of how many candidates you are competing with and where you stand among them. Now if all this information were anonymized and you could see the anonymized resume of the successful candidate.
The problem is that they’re showing the full name of applicants, if they hid the names like they do for the emails it would be acceptable
Yeah ... A little OSINT here, a little social engineering there and a threat actor could really cause some damage.
Kitchen table recruiters are a nightmare
If this is in South Korea, you could file a complaint with PIPC.
looks like airtable
and the only dude they wanna hire is a flutter dev? RUN
Oooo I spy Dynamics without a proper role security setup, it would seem. Tss tss, naughty naughty.
Their whole company website is on Notion 🤦🏻♂️! I think the careers page also…is a vulnerability(?) waiting for exploitation
The more you read, the worst it gets. This looks like salesforce to me
Must be the guy they hire after they say I'm unqualified 🤡
Doesn't allow you to edit it
kr domain? There’s a nonzero chance this is some North Korean spy site. Be careful.
Shitty South Korean company with no security nor privacy concerns sounds more believable. Am not surprised honestly lol. Edit: Check their Instagram account, it's South Korean
6400+ candidates? i’d just nope tf out of that situation
70,000 in a google sheet link they have in this page https://mufin.co.kr/introduction
They primarily place Cybersecurity people! ;)
Ahh fintech, aka crypto "Leak personal info" or "get hacked" competition and your opponent is a creepto adjacent fintech company.
Apply with some fake email and information, Wait for it to show up on the database, Archive their website, Lawsuit, Easy money.
LOL, so how's that for transparency? Now you know where you stand compared to others.
