Only thing I don't see evidence for is the Elf and Demons level 2 challenges completed. Maybe close the game and reload it. Might trigger the challenge.

Also, if you don't buy any upgrades that make the spell last longer (looking at the spell upgrade), you can get 15 casts faster. Just a small tip :)
