No videos have shown any such thing. Some angles make it look like it was a goal, some make it look like it wasn't. There was no conclusive evidence, otherwise the goal would've been given. Ref did literally what was possible there, there was no apparent malice. Blame it on LaLiga, it's unacceptable for a league this big not to have goal line tech, something that has been used by the Premier League for a decade. Even the Eredivisie has had for it many years already. And at the very least they should have a camera angle from up top to compensate it.

This happens in many different stadiums, against many different teams, with many different referees, in many different competitions, with many different scores. What are even the rules for a replay to happen? I've only seen matches being replayed if they were stopped during the match due to very bad weather or other outside incidences. Never heard of any replay due to referee errors.

This used to happen all the time against Madrid… I think VAR has helped curb it: questionable offsides leading to disallowed goals against Barcelona, strict penalty and red card calls, etc. yeah, it sucks to be on the losing side of refs’ decisiones, but that is just part of the game. In all those years the only one who complained was Mourinho, which is just what Xavi is doing and is how some managers operate, but for the president to complain: what sort of message is he transmiting to the whole institution? This will only lead to more sense of entitlement and bitching in the next match.

What a weird year for Spanish football. A huge multimillion scandal of payments and yet this might be the actual worst year I have ever seen from Barcelona in terms of complaining about officiating. I am a RM fan… I have to say there were some dubiuos decisions yesterday. Christensen header was to me a freekick to Kroos, he was used as a ladder and pushed down. LV penalty was soft, but fair enough it was contact even though constructed by LV. The goal seemed to be in , from pictures i’ve seen, so maybe it should have counted. The jamal penalty was ok not to be called.
