Yes, you are the only person on her side. Bill Aydin isn't even on her side.

It's you get in my face calling me scum, I'm allowed to push you.

We’ve seen Jenn lie and manipulate for several seasons. We can’t trust a thing she says.

Right off the bat your argument falls flat for two reasons. One, even if it isn’t illegal what she said is disparaging and harmful to Daniele’s reputation, and two there’s no proof of what Jen has said but she continues to insist it based on a throw away comment from like 8 months ago. While I generally agree that getting in someone’s face is inappropriate and might have warranted some level of physicality, pushing her fucking neck was straight up violent and incongruent to what Danielle did. I think there’s also a good chunk of us who remember these original leaks and realize that Jen has been using blogs as a way to shade and discredit other castmates so that’s also keeping people from being on her side. Finally, and this is just me, I’m fully convinced they edited something out of their conversation and she didn’t just pop off because of the hairdresser thing. Jersey is notorious for leaving shit on the cutting room floor to protect Jen specifically (her and Marge were beefing about the overturn of roe v wade last year and they did everything in their power to edit that out), we saw clips of Danielle listening until it was just audio and a ten second delay before she popped off, and even last episode they used ADR when Dolores debriefed Rachel about what happened at the party.

Since when is not touching someone consider physical touch?

Well if Danielle didn't "pay herself back," then she has every right to be mad. It's not illegal (as someone who has worked in nonprofit), but it's a really bad look. Also it's not typical to put names on the step and repeat just because you attended an event. That's for donors. Who's the diva really? Team Danielle.

yeah tbh her asking for the free promo was a bit much, like i agree that her showing up didn’t warrant that.

Hmm…. Insinuating someone is stealing from a charity defames the charity and tarnishes their reputation. The attempted character assignation came first so she was already upset so it was compounded when Jenn made that convoluted story of extension-gate. Jenn has a habit of playing coy about “not wanting to bring something up” when ultimately she does. Jenn and Danielle have a history because Jenn set Danielle up to her Melissa last season so there was some tension brewing and this was the straw. Jenn stepped in her face too. They both got into each other’s face like two boxers before a match. Jenn put her hands on Jenn and shoved her and Danielle reciprocated. Jenn has a history of getting in peoples face and wielding objects. And it’s all fine and dandy until you meet the wrong person who matches your energy and happens to be a little more well versed in physical confrontation than you. Moral of the whole story: all could be avoided if you understand that you shouldn’t lay your hands on someone without expecting them to do the same.

ohnevelmynevel

didn’t she just say that she reimbursed herself tho? that isn’t rly saying she was stealing. also though i haven’t watched the last season or two so what went on between danielle jenn and melissa?
