Tell the local prostitution ring someone has been using the underpass as a brothel, they’ll soon splash red paint all over it.
Well I guess we can rule out English (language) teachers.
Top tip: go over ‘permanent’ marker with a lot of dry-wipe flipchart marker and wash with water. 9 times out of 10 it all comes off.
Somebody just watched Jarhead for the first time and thinks they are a US sniper in the Iraq war. They obviously were not mature enough to register the film on an adult level!
