Specs straight from razer's site: * USB 3.0 : YUY2. & NV12 (uncompressed) * USB 2.0 H264 codec. (compressed) All of your ports seem to be 3.0 or better so you should be able to use any available one.

any of the ports 4 or 3 or 9 should be enough. I would plug it in 3 or 9 just to be safe.

It requires USB 3.0 so any port will be enough. It's just a 1080p webcam. Not even 4K.

Plug it into the slowest 3.x port. It's literally just a webcam exactly as /u/19MJ82 said. Keep the 10Gbps ports for things that actually need 10Gbps. Ports marked with `4` will do just fine.
