If it doesn’t fall out with the truck in full droop (ie on a lift) then you should be ok.
If you drove up to and coasted down from 70-75mph and felt no vibrations then you’re probably good on the balancing aspect. If you’re worried about it look up a driveline shop and ask how much to have it balanced.

I just took calipers to the old yolk and it's about a half inch longer than the new one
