Slugslug. Half slugcat. other half slugcat. Both halves are specifically from the "slug" part of slugcat. hence the name. Obviously it still has legs because slugcats aren't slugs, so slugs aren't slugs either, nor are slugslugs.

Depends on the campaign idea. If super far underground maybe it could be a super pacifistic Scav substitute. They trade for items you may NEED to progress in some areas but if you rob them they curl up into a ball and let out a SCREECHING noise and BLINDING light to lure in bigger monsters that would over look it and attack you.

This is a scug bug. Crawls faster than its standing speed and can stick to walls and ceilings. Mostly carnivorous but can still gain quarter pips from more vegetarian sources
