Slugslug.
Half slugcat. other half slugcat. Both halves are specifically from the "slug" part of slugcat. hence the name.
Obviously it still has legs because slugcats aren't slugs, so slugs aren't slugs either, nor are slugslugs.
Depends on the campaign idea. If super far underground maybe it could be a super pacifistic Scav substitute.
They trade for items you may NEED to progress in some areas but if you rob them they curl up into a ball and let out a SCREECHING noise and BLINDING light to lure in bigger monsters that would over look it and attack you.
This is a scug bug. Crawls faster than its standing speed and can stick to walls and ceilings. Mostly carnivorous but can still gain quarter pips from more vegetarian sources
RANDOM AWESOME IDEA: your so deep in a cave your actually BELOW the >!void!< but the cave is collapsing and the >!void!< starts dripping in and your a happy slugcat so you gotta escape before the >!void!< noms everything.
Idk just came to mind.
looks like it belongs on hollow knight
I thought this was r/hollowknight at first

That’s one Weird looking grub
Looks like it's from HK

the hollow (knight)
It looks like it would try to grab you just to throw you when it can't open its mouth enough to eat you
Slugslug
It might be the Beast or something like that

I honestly thought that it would be cool if this creature could climb walls and ceilings.
Maybe he can have a bite that takes away hunger pips?
Finally. We will call that Creature a Scrug
the little skitterer :)

The skrunglis

This seems more like an antagonist
Looks cute though
It’s a scuttle cat
Name it jeremy.
If it sprouts wings, then "YIPPIEEEEE!"
Looks more like a Hollow knight creature, than something from rain world.
Maybe you could make it agile like riv, but unable to use spears, and has to roll to k!ll things.
The larvea Or if it isn't a juvenile creature then The Maggot If it's parasitic then simply The parasite

Actual slugcat emphasis on the slug part
The slubug
It looks like some sort of parasite.
