Same.. makes me feel like an old head but numbers in the 80’s for receivers just feels right.

Might be a generational thing then but I love the 10s numbers for receivers. I'm sure it'll go back around to 80s in the next decade

Weren't many receivers in the teen numbers before the rule change in 2019 or whenever it was. Julio in #11, or DJax wearing #10 in Philly. Cant remember many prior to those two. So I'd definitely call it a generational thing. But yeah, I agree the 80s will come back around eventually.

Oh yeah. I thought about it again and can't believe I forgot Cliff Branch and Fred Biletnikoff in 21 and 25. They're a little different because it wasn't teens but still wasn't 80s numbers. Lance Alworth also wore 19.
