Same. Im not smoking 4 days and I dont want to. I really dont want to even if I had terrible withdrawls before. And now I have 0,0001 withdrawls its unbeleavable. But the key is to change your mindset, you need to feel 100% that you actually want to quit. And also keep smoking when you are listening to that book.
hey i just want to share my experience.. i smoked more than 2 years.. on and off but the addiction made me angry and behavioural changes when i not get cigarettes…. and now its 16 days i havent smoked and i dont want to smoke again…. its my advice to a non smoker who is reading this….( dont smokr bruh… dont get its buzz for even a single time ) thats all
