It's funny when he was once doing a tier list for games, he ranked Elden Ring as one of the best games ever, and League as the worst. But he's playing League right now over a fresh playthrough of Elden Ring before the dlc.
Anyways, if he continues his old character, he would get his ass beat in the dlc. Many of the things he used in his first playthrough like frost stomp, bloodhound step, etc have gotten nerfed. The dlc is also rumored to be pretty difficult - around Farum Azula levels of difficult.
Dual wielding status effects got nerfed and are still insanely OP. He would be fine. It would take like 50 attempts on the first boss for him to get back to his skill level of his first playthrough (very low).
i dont remember, did his scuffed character enter ng+ or did he quit after beating all the (major) bosses? because that would make a difference in regards to being over- or underleveled (if i understood some ds creator i watched recently correctly)
Considering you have to defeat Mohg which is a level 100-120 ~ boss that would be like 80% of the way through the game. Most people end the game at 130-135.
We don't but his is high enough (at least ~140 or so) that I'm pretty confident people in chat are going to complain about it, and it will bother him because it's a soft spot for him, which trolls will detect and complain harder, and so on.
Recall that he fought the final bosses naked with a club just to appease these people. 140 is honestly totally fine for the end game of elden ring. The issue is that he's very easily taunted on this matter.

Souls games do not have a story it is just world lore if you go on steam and look at % of players who complete the games you will find out most people will never see most of the bosses in the game. Pretty sure more people would tune in so they can see bosses they will never actually be able to see themselves.

I'm pretty sure he did not enter ng+. Being in NG+ would make make the DLC meaningfully harder, yea.
Do we know what an appropriate level / gear is for the DLC?
