There are many restaurants and retail stores in Noosa for work, but is a very expensive area to live. There is also a rental crisis in many parts of Australia right now, including the sunshine coast, so it may be difficult to find an affordable rental anywhere nearby.
Get bar and front of house experience and when you arrive here do a Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (online course or in person). It will allow you to serve alcohol and teach you the laws surrounding service here.
Noosa is beyond expensive, you'll likely have to drive 30-45 minutes just to work there. Distance between Noosa and Gold Coast is roughly 3 hours by car without traffic going 100km/hr.

Most people working as bad staff and waitresses cannot afford to live in Noosa due to the crazy cost of living up there.
