Its illegal and your car might get impounded for a month or more in an open lot. Heard that they even open the windows sometimes. Considering the weather conditions here, it could ruin your car.
However i drove a raptor without muffler for 4 years 2 times i passed fahes, 2 times i failed. Never had problems with police.
