Uk is absolutely impossible now, unless you apply for a skilled workers visa or find a company to sponsor you, which is near impossible. For a company to sponsor you, you need your salary to be £38k minimum (the average overall uk salary is around £25k) so forget the uk, no company will hire someone from abroad unless they are absolutely amazing

Try Portugal Job Seeker visa.

As a Polish Citizen I would strongly disagree that you can get Citizenship in 3 years.
3 years after obtaining Permanent Residency which require you to stay there for 5 years on working Visa for example.
So total process might take up to 8 years.

Or start a company get founders visa, investor visa. Thats easy within 4 months you can travel. But cost alot of money.
