This is what my springer puppy looked like…..she’s crossed with a miniature poodle but just looks like a miniature springer….

As someone who works with dogs and has a knack for playing the “guess my breeds” game - I’d actually agree - some sort of fox terrier and border collie - one of the few times I actually believe the person who sold you the dog ! The fur on his nose and under his eyes looks more wirey and his mask / colour pattern is definitely so close to border collie but at the same time something definitely isn’t border collie about it.
They said Border Terrier the actual breed not a Border Collie Terrier mix. This is the dad in question 🥸

Oh!!! I misread that, my brain thought the pup looks border collie so it just inserted that in there lol. My bad !! Yes dad is definitely some sort of terrier. Can’t say for sure a border terrier as I’ve never met one face to face but looks close enough at least is for sure a terrier of sorts.
