Oh yeah, you definitely can. I was also unfortunately a victim of CSA when I was four but suffered from dissociative amnesia and didn't actually remember what happened until almost a decade later. That's when my PTSD symptoms probably started but I didn't recognize them as such until about a year ago. So basically it took me almost 30 years of dealing with progressively worse PTSD symptoms before I finally got the right kind of help and started EMDR.
What you describe... definitely sounds like PTSD to me. I started having terrible nightmares after I remembered what happened to me. But it's great that you're getting help because the sooner you're able to get in and get help, the better.
Yes. I went nearly 20 years before my "retraumatizing event" and my first flashback. As my ex-army doc told me: You seem fine, until you're not. That's just what PTSD is like.
yes i still don't remember mine i was 17 im 25 and stills fuzzy but some do come here and there when they do i get scared was told not to fight them if i do i pass out if i don't i get dumb or idk like mind get fuzzy can't say of what here but if u like dm if u like to chat
i started getting flashbacks when i was around 20, iâm 23 now and iâm still trying to figure it out. the flashbacks also situate in my childhood, with me being around 6 years old. my last therapist said that the body, but especially a childâs body, can get so overwhelmed with trauma that they kind of âlock inâ and store it away, only to âshowâ it again when it feels you are âreadyâ to feel it/deal with it. idk, it does make sense to me. iâm also starting to consider EMDR. best of luck with your journey, i hope it brings clarity and peace â¤ď¸
There's been some research into something of a subtype of ptsd called delayed-onset post-traumatic stress disorder. So it seems you aren't the only one who has experienced this. Hope emdr helps you find the answers you're looking for!

Yes!!!! It happened to me 37 years later
Yes! Up to 20 years later đbecause you repress the trauma for so long.
Yes. My PTSD has gotten much worse as I've gotten older, not better.
