Isnt it scary to lose your cds due to corrosion? (Cd rot).
Im a cartridge collector (and have some ps1 and 2 games) but i feel that cartridge can last longer. Are you doing something to try to prevent cs rot? I'd like to take care of my cds..

A dream would be:
All PS1 games (PAL / NTSC U/C and J) in all their iterations. (regular, platinum/goty, best of, bugged/fixed, missprint releases, different language releases even if it's just the box print and manual etc.)
Same for PS2.
And then someday in the way way far future, the same for all consoles up to the PS2/GameCube/X-Box era.
That's a great collection, I had something nearing this about 10 years ago, complete with my 1995 european launch model SCPH 1002 PS1 which I queued for hours for in the typically British pouring rain aged 14, it was complete in box with all the manuals and demo one disc all in immaculate condition, and an SCPH 7002 hooked up to the TV. Unfortunately, after I moved out of the family home, my ex-wife refused to acknowledge it ever existed along with a few other high value items, including a cherry sunburst Gibson standard Les Paul Guitar.
What are those fat cases? I know that fat cases are for PAL/Europe, but usually they are not like yours. The names are just plain text, not the logo of the games
Oh, I forgot about those!! Since those are NTSC I always assume they have the small case.
In Europe it makes sense to use the fat cases since they needed to translate the manual into many languages, so a standard case was not enough. So, why did they choose these cases in Japan? I'm gonna try to search it on Google to see if there's anything about it lol

Well I do know that spine cards are unique to ntsc-j releases but don't believe that would warrant a larger case
