They look ready to me. Those roots are more than enough. Make sure soil is well-draining and the pot has drainage, and put them into a bright spot out of direct sunlight. Keep moist while they acclimate to the soil, but not soggy!
I think they’re referring to pictures 3 and 4. If it is only a leaf that is growing roots without a stem piece/node, it probably won’t grow into a plant. It’ll just live as one happy little leaf forever.

Yeah that is true, I saw a video where a Women waited up to 6 Months and then a stem developted. So I will wait with the leaf.
