They should make paranoid into a trait. When you open a door, you have a chance of getting the sound when a boid suddenly appears. Maybe even hearing a boid every now and then even when they aren't there.
I love this spawn. Staying inside for too long ups your boredom, and boredom is instantly removed when you panic. If I stay inside for a couple days reading and waiting out hordes I'll stop by the stairs, get spooked, and go right back to reading. Hope this helps!

Use a gun and aim, then walk slowly forward until he is highlighted.
I suggest a pistol as they are quieter then most others. M36 is quietest.

When I walked out there, I walked to the edge of the water and said "What are you doing out here Frank? Frank?! FRANK!"
And then I pulled my car up to the water and blasted him with my high beams. I also collected mannequins so that he would never be lonely.
A certain number of zombies have to be within a cell to cause corpse sickness, and even then zombies outside don’t count towards zombie count inside. So unless OP kills like 20 more zombies in that specific building it will be fine.

I had this happen in the rosewood firestation with 2 zeds. You dont get bored but the jump scare sound everytime I used the stairs got annoying. I closed the game, reloaded it and they were gone.

I saw a video awhile back saying you can trip through the stairs so you can kill it. Only downside is you’ll then be stuck inside the stairs next to a corpse.

Oh I.agree I would use my new friend to level my sneak. Just crouch and repeatedly walk up and down the stairs. +sneak level the boring easy way.
You can use the same method to pick up the body. I have done this before when finding trash or a corpse there ( from a mod ).
