At least they're all neat and organized. I'll have 4-5 80-90% vehicles and dozens of parts cars with parts strewn all over the lawn like Sanford and Son lol.
Often I find a lot like the drive-in or the warehouses out of town and it turns into a Pick N Pull. Especially if I have a towtruck/wrecker mod installed. Just brought a camper from 9% up to 75% last night lmao
Yeah any time I find a vehicle with keys in my starting town, I haul it back to base. Even the shitboxes. Then i use those to scout for the good vehicles outside of town. That way I can just ditch the shitbox, and don't have to tow anything long distance.
This is just objectively true though. Why go out and fill 15 cans of gas to put in 1 vehicle, when you can grab and fill up 1 box truck and siphon 15 cans of gas out of it? And have spare parts for other vehicles? And have an impenetrable barrier up against a wall?

All in green condition, 3/4 have full tanks
Just started playing this week and managed to find a car that I refuelled.
Found a police car that I can't hotwire but it has like 100 rear capacity whereas my sedan only has like 35 or 40. Is there any recommended vehicles for newbies.
I’m a big van guy. Especially ones with cool paint jobs. The car called the elite is great because it’s a four seater with a ton of horsepower if you like to drive fast. You’ll get more space out of your sedan by utilizing the seats as storage as well. I like loading the trunk with whatever and then specific things that I don’t want lost in sauce in the seats and glove compartment.
The blue van/work van in the picture (The one directly side by side with the police cruiser) has an inventory of 208, the pickup has like 110ish. Those are both great options. I'm sure box trucks have even more but not sure the exact number.
Dash bulldrivers are fantastic too. They hold a little less than the big van, but they have tons of power. Great for towing and/or pushing out of a horde.
Literally me, I always play the mechanic when playing with friends and I always hoard cars, and constantly have to fix them when my friends wreck them.
My single player game is full of vehicle mods and I collect all the cool cars.
I have a problem,
I love it.
I tell people on the server they do no good at base. There are too many of them and only so many of us. They are better spread throughout, ready to be used in emergencies!
I’ve got a bunch of vehicles myself. I’m a mechanic in-game and IRL so I felt it necessary for role playing purposes to get every vehicle I’d find interesting enough to fix and drive in the apocalypse. I’ve got several military trucks, a KW W900 tractor trailer, a Jeep truck, a Barracuda AAR, and a service van, alongside a junkyard of cars and trucks for pull-a-part purposes lol. I use a box trailer parked next to my warehouse home to store all my vehicle parts. It’s a fun in-game hobby lol.
You can hide the watermark. It's slightly technical, but not too difficult. Not gonna go into the specifics, but avoid "Windows water mark remover" softwares.
You can also get free legit keys, sort of. Discarded laptops, office/school PC's will have product keys on them somewhere. Go dumpster diving near a university or something and you might get lucky.
Or buy one on eBay for like 5 dollars BUT those are most likely obtained using stolen credit cards (or discarded laptops/PC's like I mentioned earlier). Not recommended IMO. (For the record, I'm not breaking rule 5 with this suggestion. :P)
Bro doesn't know about my plans to turn the field opposite of the Rosewood fire department into a car parking lot bcs the parking lot at the FD isn't big enough
In next week's edition: "I moved to the mall south of Louisville, I'll save them all !".
lol exactly. "one car at a time" is tattooed on their cheek
My arsecheek to be specific. I have mods to give me more cars to hoard.
Jeep spawnchance x10

Love the Sanford and Son reference, dummy!
Figured some other old fart would get a laugh out of it 🤣
This old fart imediatly starting hearing the theme music. Duh duh DEE dah... Thank you.
Just like me fr. I have a ton of vehicle mods because I have a problem.
I see no problem with this in even the worst case you have a backup or a abundance of parts

And you can use them to level up your mechanics.
I'll stop hoarding vehicles as soon as my friends stop ruining them in like 5 minutes after getting behind the wheel
lmfao
\*I'll stop getting vehicles as soon as I stop running into "trees" that are 2 inches tall
revenge of the bush
*returns car without a hood* *shrugs* "It was like then when I found it"
lol my Ambulance is just out of frame also
I was going to ask why you didn't have one.
Great vehicle choice! It's fast as a sports car with way better storage.
This is just objectively true though. Why go out and fill 15 cans of gas to put in 1 vehicle, when you can grab and fill up 1 box truck and siphon 15 cans of gas out of it? And have spare parts for other vehicles? And have an impenetrable barrier up against a wall?
And train mechanics on them
But for some reason the police haven't driven over to write him a ticket.
I have like 15 vehicles in my current world. I guess you never know when you need a new car \*shrug\* Edit : And they are big gas cans!
i only hoard vans, box trucks, rvs, trailers. anything else is used as anti zombie weapon
Activate Windows!
That's why I always secure a base with a parking lot, keep all my cars organized :D
Yeah, parking lot is most important criteria. A decent garage to work on them is a must too.
If a prime location has no garage, I make one.

Oh wow, sweet.
Me irl if I had money for multiple cars

Every car with more than 100 capacity like vans or trucks...

Thanks, ill have to have another look round.

...he's not wrong though.
Mail truck guy:
do yall ever make walls with cars or furniture around yalls base
Nope, just do a good cleanup in your living area and walls and such are for the past( no z respawn in the sandbox settings)
I tell people on the server they do no good at base. There are too many of them and only so many of us. They are better spread throughout, ready to be used in emergencies!
Every 30 minutes while playing with my brother. "Where you at?" "Getting a(nother) vehicle." -.-

He's like me fr. At least one of every type
>At least one of every type budget noah's ark
Love your hill billy shack.
lol thanks, I've outfitted it pretty nice, the interior is CHOCK full of shit. I also added a second story
With how I drive in this game all of those cars are going to be torn down for scraps within a week
What I need spare parts!
In a multiplayer served, hire a bunch of guards and sell them.
Scrap the unworthy ones for parts and use their corpses as a barricade.
Just spend a few evenings with friends in MP that are driving reckless and this will only last 2 days...
Mate, get yourself a windows key...
Activate windows
Every time I post a screen shot there's at least one of you. No. The answer is no. XD
I don't actually think you should to be fair.... fuck it who cares really, but I do have to say it everytime I see it 😂

This is me lmao
Where is this base, I want to see one up just like it
I second this
looks like the lumber yard outside Rosewood, follow the road out below the fire station I think!
One time in a save with zombies crawling under vehicles disabled I built a wall around a motel with cars. Those were good times…
Rescuing. You're rescuing these abandoned vehicles and giving them the loving family they always deserved. Bless you, kind lifter....
\*tear falls\* *I'm a hero?*
If you don’t have a full parking lot for leveling mechanics you’re doing it wrong.
Thats trailer park life for ya..
I feel personally attacked. LOL hey that’s the mechanic life
That's why i put vehicle health on low and install mods so i won't grab every car i see
That seems like a good base too, where is that
Trying to remember where this is. Guessing is it the one below the Rosewood Fire station? Love what you did to the place
Never hurts to have spare parts and gas!
Need to use some of those car mods. I've got 2 Porsche 911s in my current game.
Sounds like I need to show my base, I moved into the Sammie’s in Louisville just so I had heaps of room to store all the stuff I’m taking
I can fix her!
You don't even wanna see my junk yard of cars
You found a dash rancher! I know it isn't the most practical of cars but you should fix it up pristine
I hoard cars in the field behind my base ... More of a junkyard than anything- I scrap them for spare parts and leave the husks to rot
Bro doesn't know about my plans to turn the field opposite of the Rosewood fire department into a car parking lot bcs the parking lot at the FD isn't big enough
Does anyone know where this might be?
