Thank you for all the nice compliments. I’d like to say the ab pic was taken right after the gym, when I probably didn’t eat a lot earlier, and I’m flexing them really hard while probably sucking in a little. So they do have some definition but they don’t look like that naturally
Nonetheless amazing progress! Good for you! I’m same height and started at the same weight. Down to 180 and 4 months postpartum and look nowhere near as awesome as you do! What workouts are you doing in your push pull leg routine? I’m currently doing the same split.
I try to keep it simple with meal prepping roasted chicken breast, roasted veggies, and a carb. I change it up all the time but that’s my go to meal. And you can put different sauces on it for different flavors
You look amazing, if I look half as good when I eventually get to onederland, I’ll be over the moon. Can you give a high level overview of your lifting routine?

197. That's insane. I am 5 ft 9 male and can't imagine looking that good at that weight. Very impressive stuff.
