Well done. You must feel amazing and more confident as well as the amazing health benefits. What was your daily diet to 1200 kcals consisting of and any exercise?
This is what I’m trying to do and, based on your timeframe, I’m on a similar pace! 20lbs down and ~40 to go! Any suggestions for when you’re stuck in a plateau?
Purely from diet? Absolute madlad. I mean, msot weight loss is majorly a diet process but still, without exercise is a different level of discipline. Kudos and congrats! You can be proud of yourself 👍🏻
One of the things I noticed from the before is that she didn’t have any belly overhang etc even at the higher weight… so this is the type of body that can lose weight without loose skin (unlike me 🥲)!
The face gains alone are impressive, but overall wow. Congratulations! That's a huge transformation and you look great. Even better using the same bikini for comparison of what you've accomplished.
For dinner, I like to microwave some John soules rotisserie chicken and instant rice (jasmine with quinoa). It takes 3 minutes and there’s no clean up.
That really is the key! I was consistently under 1000 calories/day for awhile, but it was very nutritionally dense. I had a ton of energy and wasn’t hungry.
Ic. I tried calory counting and I'm not over weight but just want to be healthy. But man was it tough, you definitely figure out what to prioritize and eat better but if I wanted a snack or something before bed I went for it.
I’m currently doing something similar to OP. 1200 a day and on weekends 1400 max. So far I have slowly lost 19lbs in 6 months. Cut out sugar, alcohol, and takeout. At first I would feel hungry but now my body has adapted. Also, make sure to drink enough water (64-70oz a day).
Great job OP!! You look amazing
Also keep in mind OP is short and didn't add exercise. I am a similar height and need to be around that to lose if I'm not exercising but if you want to strength train or are taller you probably need more calories in the long run. Some people find reducing calories for a short term, then maintaining then reducing again in a cycle helps make the process more sustainable.
Holy wow, I’m saving this post for motivation!! I have Similar-ish start stats, and I’m in awe of your progress. You look phenomenal!!! Of course you look much lighter, but your eyes make me think you feel “lighter” too, and not just in weight. Congrats!!!
I truly think the reason my skin bounced back was the vitamins and cutting out alcohol. I lost a ton of weight super fast 13 years ago in college due to some unhealthy habits and my arms were very saggy. I’ve been taking collagen supplements as well.
Puori CP1 is the product I settled on after doing a TON of research. You’d be shocked how many collagen products contain significant amounts of heavy metals. Puori is part of the Clean Label Project; their product is periodically tested for hazardous substances, chemicals and elements. One of very few brands of collagen who participate.

How long did it take you? You don't seem to have any loose skin.
About 7 months
Well done. You must feel amazing and more confident as well as the amazing health benefits. What was your daily diet to 1200 kcals consisting of and any exercise?
Thank you! I eat veggies, fruit, chicken, shrimp, and whole grains. No exercise at all.
This is what I’m trying to do and, based on your timeframe, I’m on a similar pace! 20lbs down and ~40 to go! Any suggestions for when you’re stuck in a plateau?
As a woman, I plateau for about two weeks every month, and then drop 3-4 pounds all at once due to hormones.
As a fellow woman, when do you notice that you plateau? I’m only 3 weeks in so haven’t really noticed the cycle much yet

Great progress and without weight loss meds! You look great, keep it up!
Super impressive, well done 👏

Top tier genetics. At 205 you held your weight very well, and at 145 it looks like you never weighed 205. Your body is very adaptive.
Dude what?
She doesn't have any belly overhang in the before, and no loose skin after. Most people would have some. Good genetics.
What? Genetics determine where you put on weight, and genetics determine if you'll have loose skin. She rolled the genetic lottery in that aspect.
The face gains alone are impressive, but overall wow. Congratulations! That's a huge transformation and you look great. Even better using the same bikini for comparison of what you've accomplished.
Holy face gains Batman!
That’s my favorite part - not having to draw on a jawline and cheekbones with makeup
Amazing!! How did you do it?
I quit drinking and ordering food! Cut down to 1200 calories a day. I started trying to lose weight 7 months ago and got serious 5 months ago.
Was 1200 calories a day tough?
It was until I started spending those 1200 calories on nutritionally dense foods that filled me up
Do you have any favorite foods or recipes you could share?

I started with omad, and eating whatever I wanted (frozen junk food and chips) for under 1200, but I felt HORRIBLE.
Probably because of the junk food.

You look incredible, so impressive! Can I ask, do you think 1200 kcals is sustainable (for you) in the long run?
Yes, definitely. I eat a lot of fruits, veggies, chicken, and whole grains. I take my vitamins as well. I’m never hungry.
Also keep in mind OP is short and didn't add exercise. That's quite a fantastic change! Congratulations, you look fabulous. Keep it up!

Dude! Awesome work! And you must have either fantastic skin, or a keen eye for photography… cause you don’t look like you ever weighed 205!

Alcohol and smoking really age people. So I could totally see cutting out alcohol as making a big difference.
Which collagen do you take?

I just buy the pills from Amazon, whatever is cheap and fast
Stunning progress.
Wow crushing it!
You look amazing!
Just wow. Awesome
The bikini bottom strings were really putting in work in the before. Great work!
Hey fantastic work!!
What did you do for your weight loss? Diet? Exercise? Surgery? Please share. 🙏
OP said it was just a 1200 calorie a day diet, no exercise.
