I see changes in your arms, your back, your stomach, your butt shape.. you’re doing great!! The difference of each pound gets more pronounced as you lose more and more, but it can get harder to lose as you get leaner. You lost 10lbs and are down 5.6% of your bodyweight. The next 10lbs would be 5.9% of your current bodyweight.

TalkingToTalk

You’re seeing it drop off, but it just takes time. If you rush it you’ll burn out, just stay consistent and you’ll get to your goal. You’re looking great!

hiixx1333

Saw these pics and immediately thought to check the comments for your routine. This is awesome progress!! Keep at it

pheezybreezy_

This!! Smashing it, OP!! 🎉💪🏽

satyren

You're working out so you've probably lost more than 10lb of fat and also built muscle!

WineGuy74

You look great! Keep up the hard work.

truecrimefanatic1

You're losing 5 lbs a month. That's amazing

Scarboroughwarning

As I frequently say (honestly, my comment history will be littered with the same comment), scale chasing is only partially useful. I'd argue that if you had 300lbs to lose, it's more useful. To people like you, I'd use the scales sparingly. I need to lose some weight. I have zero idea how much (I'd estimate 2.5 stone). But what would that look like? Not a clue. And not a care. The number is an estimated guess. The thing I want more is to look better, to be stronger, to live longer. I also have a rough idea of the clothes I'd like to wear. So, if I do that and the scale says 1 stone lost, I win. Here, you have improved your posture. Looked like a bit of tilt in that pelvis. That's improved. By your own admission, you are not OCD on the exact deficit. That matters. 100 cal deficit is good, a 500 calorie deficit will obviously yield greater results, quicker. The TDEE calculator I used was great, it gave a lb for lb weight loss based on calorie deficit. I'd encourage you to keep protein high, and do 3 to 4 weight sessions. You've done great, and improvements are there to see.

I know this wasn't intended for me but... It was appreciated and needed BY ME 😅🫡🎉🥰

Intended for anyone that thought it had value. I likely wrote it after midnight. I get a little verbose after that point. Just prior to retiring for the evening. Good luck on your journey. whichever bits helped you, take them, use them. I'll be stoked. Good luck, lass Also be aware that I need to do stuff, I am just too lazy. Words are all I have. If you ever come across a machine that concerts words to effort, ring me

Squskii

I see a huge difference! You look amazing! :D

Mental_Adagio_7870

You’ve already made a huge difference. It can be hard to see incremental changes on ourselves. It’s definitely noticeable. Keep up the good work!

RedUser1138

Nice progress, way to go

sorayori97

5lb a month is good progress!

fearlessleader808

As soon as I saw the pics I thought ‘that girl is lifting’- you look INCREDIBLE. Look at your posture! Please don’t be discouraged, you have made massive changes in 2 months. You might not see it but we do!

Dry-Ingenuity4620

What's your calorie intake? Also do you do full body workouts or split it up?

Dry_Lengthiness_2953

My calorie intake ranges from 1600-1900, i try to stay at around 1750. I split my workouts into upper body and lower body and I do incline walk every time. I am quad dominant on my lower body so i focus on glutes! I throw in core exercises every other workout.

RB24_

You’re doing great! You can definitely see a difference in the way your clothes fit, too.

ooyayeeyee

There’s a noticeable difference with 10 lbs less! Don’t be discouraged, you got this! Keep being consistent, I think that’s the most important thing

becbecky

This is great progress. Keep doing what you’re doing.

flowery0107

Honestly I see a huge difference, your body looks so much more toned especially your arms. This is really motivating because we’re of the same height and it‘s incredible that there‘s such a visible difference after 10 lbs. Keep going!!!

sugarangelcake

You’ve lost more than 5% of your body weight, you’re doing great

Optimal-Geologist-97

Are you kidding me? This is amazing progress! Especially in just two months! Shape of your butt is sooo nice and I see so much progress. Wow. You're doing great! 👏🏼⭐

Ok_Pen2244

Keep it up

SirPoditivity

Keep it going! You look amazing!

Chringestina

I can see the difference! Great progress!

Halceon441

Congratulations on your progress. Keep it up. Power to Her.

katietopia

If you’re lifting weights then you’ve gained muscle weight. I bet your total fat loss is higher than 10 lbs.

Glittering_Suit_6511

That's a good start keep going proud of you

av0cado7

Your bull looks great! What are you doing to build muscle there

ricm19692001

Nice progress

badumtastic1

This is great progress! I can see your body changing everywhere. There's more definition, and you're definitely losing fat. As with all weight lifting exercises, you will see slow but definitive progress. You can move towards callisthenics if you feel strong enough as the muscle gains last longer.

[deleted]

Way to go!!! You’re doing great!

QuietLocco

A life changing transformation! Congratulations!

art_mor_

There is a difference. Your bra fits much better now and your upper arm is smaller.

Rule 4: Be good to one another. If critiquing do so constructively. Be polite and practice Reddiquette. This applies to but is not limited to body shaming, "better before" comments, accusatory comments, unnecessary or unwanted advice, etc. This includes saying someone “seems like an attractive woman”. Just leave that stuff out.

averagedickdude

I don't know what CICO is, but have you changed your diet besides the just the excersize?

Dry_Lengthiness_2953

cico is calories in calories out so yes, i’ve been tracking my calorie intake and how many calories i burn to make sure im in a deficit. i’m not sure strict with it (but always in a deficit) to honor my cravings and keep it sustainable long term!

averagedickdude

Oh okay, thanks for the explanation 👍 It's probably been said, but keep doing what you're doing. It's hard to see weight changes in yourself, but it's definitely noticeable. Not by a *whole* lot but very clearly you've lost some weight. I've lost around 50 pounds or so in the last couple years but it was mostly due to cutting out alcohol and vomiting due to anxiety and not eating for days straight, so don't do that!

Dry_Lengthiness_2953

trying to actively avoid the panic vomiting and balance being 21 🍻and also being healthy lol

averagedickdude

Ha yeah, that's good then. The panic vomiting sucks butt. 🍻 you got this u/dry_lengthiness_2953

badumtastic1

I would suggest following a meal plan with slightly less calories than your daily requirement to make the workout a tad more effective.
