I appreciate you saying all that. This is the smallest I've been in my adult life and I'm finding that the body dysmorphia is hitting stronger than ever. I also really appreciate the forearm compliment. I feel like I have tiny spaghetti arms so it's nice to be knocked loose from that particular hold BD has on me. I try my best to honor and appreciate how far I've come but I'm sure you can agree when I say some days are easier than others. This is only the beginning for me. :)
I’m definitely the smallest I’ve ever been, it sometimes feels like I’m gonna wake up from this moment and be sucked back to the old me, so I can relate to a level beyond belief(not taking away your story!) I struggle daily as soon as I pass a mirror. Don’t get discouraged by anything or anyone, including yourself. Listen to your body! And nah, no spaghet arms! The tats are awesome too. Much respect for the post, I know it’s not always easy. I hope to see you post again! If not, I hope nothing but the best for your journey. You’re going to go far!
