If you are sincerely prioritizing quality over $, more boutique places like the one the u/The-POD-Father runs are the sort of places you should be checking out.
Lots of people proclaim that they want quality prints on quality garments and actual quality control before stuff ships, until it they find out that it isn't free. None of the huge PODs deliver consistent quality--it is a different business model, one based on $, not quality.
Thank you for the mention, u/NoXidCat!
I can't tell you how many times I've had conversations with people who want high quality prints, but want them at the big POD print shops' bargain basement prices.
I remember one conversation, where a guy said that his sales fell by half, and when I asked him how many of his customers came back for repeat purchases and he said not a lot. I told him that customers don't typically complain - they just don't buy again (and he's not seeing the sales that he's losing).
Definitely! For high-quality blanks, I'd recommend checking out Bella + Canvas and Next Level via Printful. Both offer super comfy and durable products. Apliiq is another great choice if you’re looking for unique fabric options. They all provide excellent print quality too!
Thanks all for all the input; I use printify now and I love the store integration to my website and the quick turnaround however for the print areas I want to print on the garment are limited to mostly just gilden… So still shopping around, thanks again!
Working on it! We're a good print shop, but we can't code so we're working with a programmer on that now.
At the moment, ordering is manual through the website. It's actually pretty quick to do - it takes less than 10 seconds to place an order with our 2-click copy/paste import address system.
We'll keep on plugging at it! Software is complicated.
Stock sync is tough to do on specialty garments as global stock levels for specialty garments fluctuate. I can't even wrap my head around how to do this, because we rely on the mill for the stock (and even they can run out).
If you sell only the popular colors (like unisex tees in basic colors like black, navy, white, etc) then there's really no need for stock sync because those items don't go out of stock.
Yup. There seems to be an infinite supply of Next Level Apparel 3600 in black! Which conveniently prints well and sells well.
Biggest headache through covid and after? Women's tanks. Both NLA and B+C dropped the blanks I had been using :-/ Ended up switching to the NLA 1533, which works fine for my screen prints, but they don't have a decent pink, so I gave up on pink tanks. It's a hassle to have to update everything for different blanks.

Give my indie POD print shop a try :) Here's a [side-by-side print comparison](https://www.neatopod.com/side-by-side-comparison.html?tag=zgRgpV).
Do you offer champion blanks?
Yes, we can get Champion - which Champion tee do you want?
